After a comprehensive inspection, they honestly told me that everything looked great and no repairs were needed. Many shops would have charged for unnecessary work or even for the inspection itself, but they did neither. Their integrity, professionalism, and customer-first approach were truly refreshing. I'll definitely return if I need service in the future. The staff was friendly, and the shop was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

On the southwest side it is close to the tollway. I had already been communicating via text with my salesman Dammy, and I was able to coordinate a test drive and the hours he worked. Drove up and the car was waiting for us. Took a look at vehicle thoroughly and decided it was not what I was looking for. However Dammy actually took the time to listen and searched his inventory for a newly listed model that was practically brand new. I test drove it and decided that I wanted the vehicle and immediately went inside around 6:30 pm to make a deal. They close at 8pm. Dammy did not waste any time making the deal work for us. Went to finance with Ryan and was out the door at 8:25 pm very happy! The guys here are very respectable and not pushy. I was especially happy with the service and clear communication throughout the entire process. We came back the next day to pick up my car and everything was ready including the new license plates which Dammy took the time to install himself. Overall a great place to buy!

Here's a warm, heartfelt review that highlights Derrek's service, his family-oriented approach, and…read morehow he helped you choose the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale: I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Derrick at Brookshire Hyundai! From the moment I walked in, I never felt pressured or rushed. Derrick genuinely took the time to listen to my needs, my family, and what I wanted in a vehicle. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option or simply the car I thought I wanted, he helped me find the car I truly needed for this season of my life. As a mother, teacher, and director of a Christian school, safety, reliability, comfort, and space were my biggest priorities. Derrick understood that. He treated me like family and made the entire process stress-free, honest, and enjoyable. I drove away in my beautiful 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. Every time I get behind the wheel, I'm reminded that I made the right choice. What stood out the most was Derrick's character. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly family-oriented. Those qualities are becoming harder to find, and they made all the difference. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you make the best decision--not just making a sale--I highly recommend asking for Derrick . Thank you for making what can often be a stressful experience into such a memorable and exciting one. I absolutely love my new Santa Fe! This version feels genuine, highlights Derrick personally, and emphasizes that he matched you with the right vehicle for your family's needs, which is exactly the kind of feedback future buyers appreciate.

He said he didn't know what else to do about the car. I took my car over to HCS Automotive, and they told me that the reason the car was doing that was because of someone messing with the brake switch, which was Abadan. Sheri at HCS was wonderful. She charged me $50 to fix the brake switch that Abadan messed up. So, not only was $70 too expensive for him to replace the break light bulbs, but he also put me out another $50 for messing up my brake switch and me having to pay to get that fixed. Now that I'm trying to schedule my service, I'm being told that the free oil changes are not part of my contract. It is extremely frustrating to make a purchase based on benefits that were presented and promised to you, only to later be told they are not included. I trusted that what was explained to me during the purchase process would be honored. Unfortunately, I have not felt that this dealership has made any effort to accommodate the situation or stand behind what their team promised. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here unless you independently verify that every benefit you are promised is clearly written into your contract before signing.
