My husband needed safety glasses for welding. When we went to another nation wide chain asking about prescription safety glasses, we were only given 9 options, and the salesperson had little knowledge about this type of eyewear. Mancine was a breath a fresh air. the people on the floor were very knowledgeable about their products and services, and could provide exceptional suggestions to personalize the eyewear to my husbands needs. The price was over half of what was quoted at the national chair store. I will be going back, and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs glasses - regular or safety.

Today I called for an appointment and was made to feel like I was a huge inconvenience because my last appointment was for an eye issue and not for a routine eye exam. They didn't have anything for a few months out which I totally understand. She was able to get me in at a different location in two weeks which worked out great. While I was giving her my information I sensed an attitude problem. Finished setting up appointment. Told my husband I was going and he said "hey I haven't been in a while. Can you make me an appointment too". Called back almost immediately to take the other appointment that was available except now I was greeted by even more of attitude from Mia. She made me aware that my husband wasn't a patient there. So I asked her if they accept new patients. She said ok and proceeded to ask me his information. I gave it to her. Some of the information that was the same as mine I told her "it's the same as mine" address, last name, insurance info. I guess this triggered her attitude further. She told me "you keep saying that but I can't see your info". Told her no problem. I mean there was a nicer way to say this. After even more attitude I said to her "I get the vibe im annoying you" she said "not at all" slammed the phone down and then a Jenn answered. When I asked Jenn why Mia was so aggravated she told me cause apparently I was unhappy with the availability they had which wasn't at all the case. Needless to say I won't be going back there. If you don't like your job quit or at least fake it for the patient/customers.

I actually got to stay in one room start to finish!!! but i really think this was bcuz I was only one of a few people left. Note to self... always take the last appt of the day. The other reviews are accurate. I guess I've gotten used to Dr Miller's 'bedside manner' but reading more recent reviews while waiting he sure enough didn't tell me he was dilating my eyes before he put the drops in. He didn't ask me if i had a ride home either. Really is a lawsuit waiting to happen. While i was waiting to be called back after I arrived I was checking out their glasses selection. All of their frames on display are high-end designer names: Kate Spade, Prada, Fendi, Oakley, Jimmy Choo, etc. I realize this practice is located in Moorestown but holy wow. Yeah, so, I opted to use my issuance money on contacts and asked for a written script so I can pick glasses elsewhere. For the handful of times a year I have to wear them I'm ok with a cheap pair haha The office takes my insurance, costs me $20 for copay and contact exam plus any extra $ on the contacts.
