From the lead to the installation to Gerald now working for over a year in this pool weekly, I cannot stress how amazing my pool looks and feels. The ability to have the same technician with this type of knowledge day after day and year after year - speaks to how special this company must 1) treat its employees/contractors; and 2) treat the home owners. Gerald is one of the family and while the substitutes ( eg. if he is unavailable or breaks his arm) did a great job- they cannot compete with his care and respect.

Poor excuse for a pool company. They'd been contracted annually for simple maintenance. And…read morebecause the house wasn't occupied for a few months, the technician did the absolute bare minimum. When this was brought to Jackie's attention, she agreed that often, technicians won't do their jobs properly if they know the house is not occupied or if they realize there are no cameras to track their work. The pool had many spots that needed extra attention - scrub with a broom attachment, additional chemicals to address the stains that resulted from lack of maintenance. I was not pleased to hear from a neighbor that after our last service, the pool was rid of debris but algae like stains still remained on the pool walls and spa. When I asked if our pool could be serviced accordingly, Jackie was not pleasant; told me that that was the least of her concerns, that it was probably our fault for not installing a motor in a timely manner (which we did do a few months ago), and that, in short, I didn't know what I was talking about. We never really got the service that was paid for, when we requested that, it was met with nastiness. There are a million pool companies in Naples, don't waste your time with this company - not worth the headache.
