It is a nice new building and is a decent size and it's really nice inside and has a nice kitchen layout in my opinion the only thing I'm questioning is why does it have three drive thru windows? I decided to order the dinner box which has 2 big macs, 10 piece nugget, 2 cheeseburgers and 4 small fries in it and it came to a total of $16.00 and I'm not sure I'd it's just this location or if that's everywhere but I remember the dinner box only being 12.99. The restaurant was nice and clean all being a newer building it has only been open 3 days or so and the staff was nice and friendly and I only had to wait for about 5 minutes for my order. I will probably frequently visit this McDonald's because of its close proximity to the Metro Transit Center which is only maybe a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Im a Dasher and each time I go into the Taco Bell at 360 Howe road Akron Ohio 44221, you don't get acknowledged. They do not acknowledge customers, even ones standing at the register. After multiple times of being in there to pick up orders and not getting acknowledged at all and having to holler for somebody; today I finally asked the lady I saw if she was a manager and she said she was "one of the managers", I told her I said it would be really nice if you could at least acknowledge the people when they're at the counter. She said "well your doordash right?" I said yes that's correct she said "well if your order was ready it would be on the shelf, we don't HAVE acknowledge Doordashers AT ALL"! I said but I'm also a customer and I deserve that acknowledgment and she said well we don't acknowledge doordashers and walked away, lovely she repeated it twice. That behavior, especially coming from a manager is exceptionally unacceptable and need to learn how to be respectful of anybody regardless of their delivery drivers or regular customers!
