WHILE I WAS WAITING!!! I'll never book here again. We drove from out of town. There was barely an apology, no offer of a credit for future, no gift, no offer of accommodations for later or another day. Nothing. I walked out and cancelled my 4th treatment. Horrible customer service. If you're running a biz, you need to have more than one employee to count on. Don't waste your time here.
