I was in the end stages of telogen effluvium at the time, which is a scalp condition where your hair falls out. Mine was due to extreme emotional and physiological stress. Colleen answered the phone when I called and from that moment on pampered me. I had lost a good 2/3 of what was a nice thick head of hair. Thankfully, I still had some left to work with. I love the organic products. The color, cut and style was at the superior level that I received in Middlebury. I live in West Hartford, which is salon heave, and I still drive the 35 miles to go to Jaques. You will not find this level of quality anywhere else.
