We aren't allowed to lend you a blowdryer" I arrived and was sat to wait for my next 3 treatments. 5 minutes later, manager advised me that both body treatments also had to be cancelled. WHILE I WAS WAITING!!! I'll never book here again. We drove from out of town. There was barely an apology, no offer of a credit for future, no gift, no offer of accommodations for later or another day. Nothing. I walked out and cancelled my 4th treatment. Horrible customer service. If you're running a biz, you need to have more than one employee to count on. Don't waste your time here.

Add in the desserts and the drinks -- lots of specialty beverages. all on the pricey side -- and we were totally satisfied. Not a complaint in the group. Winvian is very private, You can't just stroll in. Reservations are necessary, and you'll need to get buzzed in. We had an in window unit also. Next thing you know, we had big beetle/bugs in our room! Killed 6 of them. Gross. The desk told us there was an infestation in the area and there was nothing they could do. They were most likely coming in from the in window ac unit. And, that unit did nothing to cool and neither did the hotel ac. Today as we got out of bed, the floor was damp and sticky. On our way back to LA!!! Yeah!

I reserved Pony's Pad and upon arrival they moved me to another less appealing space due to "maintenance issues" with no prior notice. Too many issues to note here. Management didn't call me back to address the issues I had after several emails and messages. Trip Advisor recent reviews confirm negative experiences as well.
