I have been going to this nail salon for 3-4+ years now and loved the way they would take care of me. However I began to notice a change for the worst each time I would visit. One visit I would receive attitude from a worker, the next would be a sloppy manicure, the one after would be a silly up-charge for a service that was not done for me. But as of recent I just can't seem to make up excuses for this place after spending $75 plus tip on a simple manicure and pedicure on my real nail (no acrylics) with one simple color. I can't convince myself that it's worth the price when the service and results are just "ok", leaving with polish on my skin or a nail tech making me bleed one too many times after a file. After shopping around I realized I could get the same manicure and pedicure for $35 somewhere else. I wish I wasn't writing this review but I also believe in paying for quality nails and receiving at the minimum decent customer service and i have not received that in my recent visits. This being said, I hope it turns around for this salon but I'm throwing in the towel. Best of luck to them. read more

Worn out place but the people there seemed very friendly and the prices were great! However, the place itself needs a major facelift. The guy who did my pedicure was good...nice leg massage after a long day of walking at a conference. Massage chairs felt great! Had difficulty explaining the nail color (just clear with a slight pinkish tone) and I don't care for the color I got, but the rest of the experience was very thorough. My feet feel much better today. If you're looking for cheap and nothing fancy, I'd suggest you come here. The bowls were wrapped with temporary plastic wraps that they throw away after your pedicure. read more

The two stunning, willow-y Vietnamese sisters who operate this nail salon/spa are gorgeous enough to be runway models! I wanted to like this place! There's parking just outside the door. One of the Beautiful People greeted me as I stepped inside. The salon itself is light & bright and immaculate. Big flat panel TV installed on the wall. Pedicure chairs each have a stand for your iPad. And if you're not hip enough to have one, they bring you one to use while you're getting your pedicure. Prices are competitive. Wow, I thought, what a great find! As every girl knows: Manis rarely last, but pedis *should* (at least three weeks in my book)! And as the post-pedi days wore on, my polish was beginning to chip away in LESS than one week. Hey, it's not like I'm doing dishes with my feet! Somewhat chagrined, I did go back to inquire . . . could it be old polish? . . . perhaps the inexperienced nail tech? . . . not enough drying time? The Beautiful One oozed charm . . . "no worries!" . . .offering me a complimentary polish change, which I gladly accepted. But meanwhile, she steadily attempted to upsell me on the merits of [the more expensive] no-chip gel mani/pedi. "Oh, perhaps next time," I stalled. Unfortunately I won't be going back there, cuz the second pedi polish job began to chip away in even less time than the first! Worst mani pedi I've ever gotten. Chunky, all over sides of toes, literally looks like I did it myself. I only tipped the guy because I'm not mean. They also kept getting colors that they didn't have matching gel for, and finally found a matching set. Once I was sitting in the pedi chair and he was about to paint my toes, he left for over ten min to try to find the color even though he already said he had it before we started he found it and painted my toes with the nude color i picked. then once he started doing my manicure he started using a red salmon color... and my toes were nude... and then proceeded to tell me they didn't have that nude or any other nude color to put on my nails for gel. Which clearly makes zero sense, but I was so over it at that point. So I paid $70 for salmon nails and nude toes, and it's sloppy at that read more

I got my nails done here a week ago. I've gotten them done her before and it was good ig. But all of my nails fell off before like one week! After 2 days they started to fall off! I payed 80$ for a mani pedi and my toes were also barley chipped! It was not worth the money. My nails were SNS dip with tips. Ig the dip there isn't good. I was on this side of town, I used to come here all the time. I just wanted to get the gel taken off and by the second finger in...I get cut by the spinning tool. First most places don't use the tool to help loosen the gel. Just soak then push off using the tool. Very unpleased with their service. Still got charged $7. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. I've been here 4 times for gel manicures, each performed by a different person, all without issue.

Get ready to get ripped off. This was not my first time here, but will certainly be my last. I asked for a basic manicure and the middle option pedicure and my total was $135 before tip. They charged me for the most expensive pedicure they offered even though I didn't ask for that service and the nail tech added nail art to one toe, which I didn't ask for and when she tried to copy the same nail art on another toe I stopped her bc I didn't want anything other than a French pedicure. Now I have a dumb looking flower on my big toe which she also uncharged me for without my request or permission. They also refused to make any adjustments or offers to refund my over charges. This is no different than theft. I was charged for services I didn't ask for nor did I agree to. Not to mention she cut my toe during the pedicure and the gel polish is already pealing after a few days. OVERCHARGED * POOR WORK * REFUSED TO REFUND THE OVERCHARGES. I WILL NEVER RETURN read more

My husband and I were due for a pedicure, I was looking for a nail salon close to my home and DP Nails had great reviews, however, I hated my pedicure, the guy who did my pedicure didn't take out the cuticles, dead skin and barely used the sponge under my heels, it's only been two days and it looks like a month old pedicure. I picked a color when I came in and when he started painting he had me pick another color because he said that the nail polish was old....so why even have on display if it's old? It is such a pleasure to visit a business where everyone is happy & smiling. I've been going to Christine since a few days after they opened. Stay away if you want to preserve the integrity of your nails. My daughter and I went to this saloon based on recommendations from our next door neighbor app. They were wrong! The tech I had drilled on my natural nail. She then continued to "dip" in a translucent powder at just the tip. Then contributes to dip 6 more times in a color. It was thick and uneven. It cracked within 24 hours. The thumb nail completely broke and tore the entire tip of my natural nail. My daughters experience was very similar. When we went to a REAL nail salon the technicians remarked at how thick the polish was and how damaged our natural nails were underneath. You have been warned! read more

Don't get your eyebrows or for that matter anything waxed here. I understand a small mistake but when I specifically ask for only a "clean up" and the entire inner end of ONE of my eyebrows gets COMPLETELY waxed off that is ridiculous. Hire qualified people or don't offer waxing at all. I've never had such a terrible job done to my eyebrows and I will absolutely never be coming back. read more

Well my daughter recommend this place, so i decided to give it a try. I went in for a pedicure and Gel manicure.... The guy that was doing it seemed kinda uncomfortable, so i thought he might of been new. He was a very nice guy, but i was very disappointed in the job that was done. I heard so many good things about this place but I was very disappointed! I paid $80 for gel acrylics and a regular polish pedicure. Maybe it was the length of my nails (Mid-length coffin shape) but that means that they charged me $65 for a full set which is ridiculous. Also, the set did not even last two weeks.
