Reception is not friendly or professional. Been here many times. Keeps getting worse. Better off gong to Doylestown hospital.

If I can rate this place as a 0/5 stars, I would My mother…read morebroke her wrist so she went to this urgent care for the first time. They did the usual xrays and wrap to stabilize the wrist. Because the break is severe enough to needing surgery, my mom wanted to see an orthopedic specialist asap. My mom was going to go to Doylestown Hospital ED but someone from Tower Health supposedly told her that it would be POINTLESS to go because they would just do the same treatment as theirs. Instead, the provider referred her to Rothman Orthopedics located at Lankenau Medical Center, which is 1 HOUR AWAY at 3:30pm. HOWEVER, my mom did not leave urgent care until 3PM but supposedly they told my mom that as long as theres an appointment made, it will be okay. We rushed through heavy traffic. I assumed that my mother was aware of the office hours. We made it to Rothman around 4:15pm. The problem is that there were no doctors available because they closed at 4:30PM. While my mom is crying because of the intense pain, I called Tower Health for any other recs because their only recommendation was no good. The guy told me, "so what do you want me to say?" He could have at least said "go to the ED" and/or be EMPATHETIC to our situation. We could have avoided this whole shenanigans and hours of traveling by going to ED at the first place. The provider at Tower Health made poor recommendations -- the appointment that was arranged was impossible to make on time. My mother is not medical savvy so she took everything to what the people at Tower Health said to heart. I am a registered nurse so naturally I was appalled by how my mother told me happened . Showing empathy and compassion goes a LONG way to providing excellent patient care/experience. If I was the provider, I would have been realistic and even google the times the office is open. I think it is good practice to know the days/times the office is closed before making any urgent referrals. This would usually not bother me as much but because my mom was having 10/10 pain and walking around with a BROKEN WRIST, I can think of so many different ways her experience could have been and how they communicated to her. I would NOT recommend this place.

I was getting a little nervous at this point and feeling a bit panicked about getting help. I decided to take a chance and left a very long line outside in the freezing cold of another urgent care waiting for number and drove up to Tower Health to see how they were dealing with rapid testing. Immediately met an intake person (I didn't catch her name, sorry) said only PCR (which I didn't care, just wanted to see a doctor) and then later called me, as I waited in my warm car, (30 mins, and I know I would still be outside at the other urgent care waiting for only a number, and said the words I needed to hear: "You're up bud"! I have to say I felt a sense of relief, silly I know, but when you feel like you are coughing up your lungs and having difficulty breathing, and it's NOT COVID!, you begin to feel a little claustrophobic. From the intake person, to Mandy (nurse) and Sima Assefi, MD, I felt like I was surrounded by the "A" Team! Professionals each one, efficient, direct, fast, and personable to me the entire time. Made me feel like I was the only patient in the office, which of course I wasn't. Mandy walked me back, took my vitals and history, determined an initial course of action with Dr. Assefi, and done. Dr. Assefi then immediately swooped in, diagnosed me as having guess what? Bronchitis. Only by now it was pretty bad, worst case I've ever had, she immediately took aggressive action. Mandy put me on a Nebulizer for about 5-7 mins, Dr. Assefi came back in, listened to my lungs again and announced now I hear your lungs fully expanding! WOW! She gave me not just the one antibiotic prescription but two other drugs to get this kicked out of me, fast! I've been around healthcare a long-time, as in an - olderfart. Both as a patient and professionally. Used to fly medevac helicopters back in the day with a flight nurse and paramedic on board. Those folks know time is of the essence every time they climbed aboard. This Tower Health team reminded me of those flight nurses and paramedics, fast, efficient, really knew their medical stuff! An "A" Team! You folks are pretty amazing! Thank you!!

I had a 12:40 appointment arrived 15 minutes early, the 12:30 was in the lobby. You clearly don't care about me so now I don't care about giving you my insurance money. I will find someone else to do my testing. Good luck with that whole being a disappointment thing, you're doing great.

I don't understand what any of these people are talking about. I go to the Warrington Quest…read morelocation approximately 10 - 12 times a year and have never had an issue. I never make an appointment, so do I have to wait? Of course, unless I'm the first or second person in the door in the morning and no one shows up with an appointment, but they move very quickly, so even if there are 3 - 4 people ahead of me when I get in a little after 7 am, I am always to work before 8 am, and it's a 20 minute drive from the office. If someone has to wait, it's because they chose a very busy time to come in. If that happens to me, I simply wait until another day or time to come back. It's not the staff's fault that a lot of patients come in at one time. The staff is wonderful. If someone had an issue with a mask, perhaps they should have brought one. Everyone knows that you must wear a mask in any type of medical facility at this time. With Covid running rampant in this area now (and plenty of people still getting Covid who are not only vaccinated, but also boostered), it makes sense to wear a mask into any public location, not just medical facilities. You can't blame the staff for requiring a patient to comply with the rules. With regard to the false Covid information, I think any intelligent person who reads that review would ask what was being said. I know a lot of people who do not have the details correct, so without knowing what was said, you can't gauge who was in the right. I find it hard to believe that anyone was yelling and saying they were too emotional to draw blood, but since we're only hearing one side of the story, I have to go with my experience that they have always been very laid back and professional.

Only issue or maybe none issue is my Rx on my medical insurance card changed with the new year and when I showed them the new numbers the associate basically waived it off even though it looked like he may have needed it. If you work in a healthcare industry, I would think your first priority is to care for ill people…read more I had scheduled an 8 AM appointment and arrived to see the waiting room packed. I registered and went to my car. I saw an older couple arrive and the man had trouble getting out of the car. I told his wife that it was packed inside; they didn't have an appt. because she said blood work was needed at the last minute. I told her she could use my appt. We entered LabCorps; she registered. We waited for a few minutes for someone to come to the window to help us. I told the healthcare worker that I was giving my appt. to this man. She said that's not the way we do things. She would not talk to me and just kept repeating that. I was very disappointed that this woman could not see that sometimes you can do things differently. I left because I thought at least he would be one person closer to getting blood taken. We need to be kind! We need to think of others!
