I know mistakes happen but they could have called for the correct spelling of my name. Also, they never sent my prescription to my pharmacy so when I went to pick it up on Saturday it was not there. Needless to say I was annoyed and just wound up getting neosporin from target. I made this appointment reluctantly because in my mind I had no weird markings on my body. Sadly, a close friend of mine 10 years younger had skin cancer on her back & she had to have some of her Lymph nodes removed. That was a wake up call for me to get checked since I can't tell you the last time I went to a dermatologist. I want to give Dr. Enis & his nurses 5 stars they were truly incredible. I wound up with having to have one thing removed from my body and I'm a complete baby when it comes to anything like this. The Dr. had the best bed side manner & explained everything to me, even though I really wasn't listening because I was so upset. The girls were super sweet and even offered to hold my hand. I'm glad I didn't let the front desk people ruin my appointment because I highly recommend anyone especially sun worshippers like me to get checked out & schedule an appointment with Dr. Enis.

First time at this Princeton Radiology after a poor experience at another location. This location…read moreis the complete opposite of my prior experience. I want to sincerely thank the staff at this office for a much better experience. The staff was pleasant and moved people through quickly. We were here for a significant period for both tests and every patient interaction was professional. I witnessed the staff comforting a woman who had a very high copay and was clearly upset. Empathy matters. There was even a sign if you are waiting for a disk more than 5 minutes, to come tell us. We were here for multiple tests and a script was missing. They did the first test and gave us the direct fax to call our doctor to fax over the order. In the future we will do all radiology appointments at this location and hope that Jessica, Summer and Kate are here to help us.

Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always that angry. She even yelled at me because she gave me the wrong information. If you're going to be that nasty towards your patients, people coming in with health concerns, you should find another job because the last thing they need is your awful attitude. Also, what they don't tell you is how loud an MRI is. It sounds like a construction site inside of those things. The ear protection they put on you isn't always enough. I think one of the ear pieces wasn't put in all the way and I suffered damage to my hearing in one ear. A year later and it isn't back to normal. They're lucky I don't sue them. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.
