There were several bakery options for those dairy-free and gluten-free and even sugar-free! They have a large selection of cheese, meats, and seafood too. Their drink stand offers ready-to-make smoothies, coffee drinks, and non-coffee drinks such as a chai frappe which I'd recommend! They also have seasonal items which sounded great. Over by the bakery corner, they offer ready-to-make crepes too. The staff was friendly and kind. I even found some fellow shoppers in the store to be friendly too! Shelves were restocked well which is saying a lot during a PANDEMIC! Checkout was very easy and quick (although I may have just been there at an ideal time of day). Overall, I'd say this store is well managed. Props to the team for making that happen! Also, for those unsure of what to expect, I'll say the following. The space is about half fresh foods/produce/made-to-order and half grocery aisles with some necessities and some specialty items mixed in. Be sure to examine the entire fresh foods area well, because otherwise there's some options that are easy to miss. They truly make best use of the space in my opinion! I only have two negatives to share: 1) the smaller parking lot with not too many spots available, which still worked for my needs. 2) a little pricier than your average grocery store (for some specialty items) but then again, I'd compare this more to a gourmet store or farm to table place where you're getting better quality and paying for it accordingly. With that said, I feel the prices are justified. Just note you would likely spend less on some items at a ShopRite, but a lot that's available here you wouldn't see in your average grocery store. Also, you'd receive better quality items (that aren't name brand) here than at your average grocery store including baked goods, fresh foods, etc. Overall, great experience!

But a lot of them. Today I decide to order a sandwich. I get it back to work and of course not completely correct. No mayo and the tomato's are the ends and hard. Their sandwich's aren't cheap. I think I will stop giving them chances.

We are life long Chalfont residents born and raised. My…read moresister and I were so upset and just blown away by the way we were treated as people and as customers. We went to a particular eatery in New Britain shopping center for a famous ham sandwich on Saturday around 1:30 No other customers were in the store at the time. We followed all the standard Covid procedures - My sister frequents the establishment and noticed the menu was new and asked nicely as in conversation about it and the woman was very snippy and nasty with her response. We ignored that and proceeded to order. I even complimented on how good the sandwich sounded. Well I am not sure how or why things suddenly turned bad- if you knew my sister, she is the sweetest most kind, considerate human being. - then the woman started making faces at her and my sister sincerely asked "I'm sorry did I say something wrong" the woman blurred out " what!, what! you can't handle it!" - (omg like what just happened ??!? ) My sister responded and said "no I can't because you are being rude and not very nice to customers" I just stood there in amazement. - the male owner was like a statue just standing by like nothing just happened with not a word or reaction. I looked at her, him, my sister - it was like the twilight zone. - at this point my sister said, I'm sorry I would like to cancel my sandwich and the woman very mouthy and nasty said "why!" and my sister said because you are being so rude to us. the woman said what am I suppose to do- Sis replied, "just be nice". The woman started making all these crazy faces threw her hands up In the air and made some finger jesters, At this time I was already B lining it to the door. We left. I have no idea what happened or why. Not sure if they are a couple and we walked in on a problem they were having. - I just can't believe this establishment treats customers this way. She was so nasty - I really was looking forward to one of these famous ham sandwiches , there was nothing "heavenly" about this place. I will never be back. Thanks for listening.
