I dropped a computer off there so long ago I had marked it a loss, I kept going in to the shop…read moreevery few days to check on it for about 4 weeks (no joke, I had complained to them it had taken 2 months and they looked up how much time it has been there for me - "only 4 weeks"...I was like "ONLY???") - I showed up physically there in person and I got nothing but excuses as to how the wrong part was sent, and then a faulty part, and then the wrong part again...I called after about a month and asked if I could just have the broken laptop back, the next day when I called to see if it was ready to pickup they told me it was still apart on some table somewhere and they're still waiting on the part, they also said they'd call me to let me know when it was back together - that was about 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything, so I call today and someone tells me "Oh, we thought you were frustrated and wanted the computer back so it's been sitting here in front" Thanks Dexter's! I'll be sure to write an accurate review for you on Yelp! You've had my computer for 2 months and I still get to go try and get it fixed somewhere! What a waste of time!
