It's truly unfortunate- they have a great menu and Souderton deserves a restaurant that can deliver on it. Admittedly, it's tough to find a good steak in the area but what Northbound served me was upsetting for the price point- an unevenly cooked sirloin with a green, scaly glisten. I understand a green tinge to beef is nothing to be concerned about but to me, this indicates a low quality cut of beef. Northbound has the chance to be a truly exceptional restaurant.
