Wow - very welcoming staff that are super knowledgeable. Offering a beverage station while you wait…read morewas a really nice touch. It also smells super good in here, it may be because there is a candle store next door haha I have severe dental anxiety and even teeth cleanings take a lot of effort to go. This place made the process so great! Lysette was amazing! The online scheduling system was nice and easy to use. I would absolutely recommend this spot!

Switching my dentists - I have been going to this office for 3+ years, and though I've always had a…read moregenerally pleasant experience here overall, I'm over it. I will say, the office staff is usually pleasant and easy to talk to, but vary from unhelpful or uncommunicative. I honestly get the impression that between the office staff and hygienists, they have pretty high staff turnover at this office... which usually tells you something. I have never once seen the same hygienist at this office - it's always some different who will often give conflicting advice from the last person I saw, and I don't like not being able to form consistent relationships with someone who takes care of my teeth. The dentist is a pleasant guy, but always seems too busy for me. I have healthy teeth and gums, and at one visit, he popped his head in and said to the hygienist "I know she's due for her exam today, but just come grab me if you see anything concerning, otherwise she's good to go." Sir, I expect a dentist to look in my mouth and do an annual exam EVERY YEAR. I expect you're still gonna bill for that exam, too right? I spoke up and said something and made him do the exam, but that just really rubbed me the wrong way. Secondly, the scheduling is atrocious. You can NEVER schedule your next cleaning exam at your current exam. They call or text you about a month before you're due for your next 6 month exam, and half the time, they still can't schedule you until 2-3 months PAST that time, so I'm really getting dental cleanings every 8-9 months instead of the 6 months that is recommended. It's extremely frustrating. That being said, my husband also goes here, and he has more complicated dental health, and they have always made time for him, and worked well with him and his issues. So that's great. But it just seems like they have more patients than they can handle, and/or only seem to prioritize the more complicated (money-making) patients over the standard oral health situations. I've tried to stick with them for the last 3 years, but I'm just absolutely over it, and want to be seen at a dentist where I can form a relationship with a hygienist and the dentist, and not seem like a nuisance for just needing a cleaning.

Weve been here for over a year now and they are very sweet and friendly but also professional when it comes to business. At another place they broke my tooth while " trying" to do a routine cleaning and it was a horrible experience. After 3 repairs there the tooth kept breaking so i was suggested to try aspen dental . They took me in , took a good look at the problem and even tho they told me it was a slim chance they tried their best and they saved my tooth! Super grateful for them and i kept my smile! I recommend them for sure and i thank Darcy for this recent cleaning! She did great and i will ask if shes free next time we go in

The actual dental treatments have been good, but the office feels very corporate and impersonal. A recommentation for periodontal surgery was presented as "you need to have this done before you get your crown." When I pushed back, he changed his tune and backpedaled. Indeed, I DIDN"T need to have this surgery in order to get the crown. That interaction felt very dishonest, impersonal and like a sales pitch. I did get a periodontal consutation in their office and was told my that it would cost $90, but I was charged $136. I had to point out the discrepancy myself and remind them that I have Delta Dental, which left me concerned about how carefully my charges and insurance coverage were being reviewed. Once again, very corporate and impersonal. I expect my dentist the have my best interests in mind for both dental care and costs. This hasn't been the case. Dentist seem very robotic going from patient to patient and not very personal. Overall, not a warm, welcoming place. I miss Dr. Lee.

Do not go here! I went to see Rachel Aziz for a simple cavity fill & I told her where the cavity…read morewas exactly. It was causing pain to where I couldn't eat. I told her I had a dental surgery a couple weeks later so I need the cavity filled so that I can eat on that side of my mouth. (if the cavity was not fixed, I wouldn't be able to eat after my surgery because it would be too sensitive). I paid for the visit & the x-ray just for her to tell me that I do not have a cavity there. (Which I do.) She told me that I shouldn't worry about it until my surgery was done & that a cavity isn't what's causing the pain. I called my previous dentist & they sent over an x-ray showing that there IS a cavity there & that cavities definitely do cause that much pain.) So because of her, I won't be able to eat or even drink room temperature water BC she couldn't identify a cavity that other dentists can see right away. She also hurt me during the checkup with the metal tooth probe by hitting it against my gums 3 separate times. It's confusing that she hurt me during a checkup and couldn't see a cavity that my other Dentist could see very easily. So I basically paid for her to hurt me several times during a simple check up and she sent me away when she could have simply filled my cavity. I will not be coming here ever again, and I can't believe this woman actually deals with teeth. (she was also very loud and every word that came out of my mouth she mimicked, making communication difficult). Horrible experience!

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
