Hate this ups store…read more First off the store is a mess. It's small and cramped and there are packages stacked all over the place on the floor and counters and against the walls. Another issue is that this location doesn't have the self service drop off box. They have the slowest workers ever so it's annoying having to wait in line for 30 minutes just to drop off a package that takes 2 seconds. The one worker was done helping someone and with a line of 5 people just started talking to the coworker who was helping someone else instead of attending to the line of waiting people. He says that because my elderly father and my trust receive mail, now my wife can't get mail and my 8 & 10 year old children are no longer allowed to receive birthday cards from their grandparents unless we buy an additional box at over $450 per year! (Even though my children are formally registered with USPS to receive mail here.) While in absolute shock, with my chin on the floor, he tells me that if I don't like it, I can take my business elsewhere. Meanwhile, since they took over, mail and packages are constantly lost or given to the wrong person, they regularly close early leaving customers and delivery drivers standing outside, and they jacked up the prices more than double. All the regulars who have been doing business here for decades truly miss Cindy.
