Three of their workers said that said Bangladesh is a city the paper. I was delivering important documents that was supposed go straight to Bangladesh the country not the city! The paper are in India just sitting in the airport for no damn reason because of these worker did a massive fail. Now we have redo the papers and give it back to bangladesh because they can't deliver anymore to Bangladesh. Worst ups store and worst customer service never come here if you want your important stuff gone the value of these paper were to important they also charged us 126$ because of shipment and it went to India still.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent encounter that reflects poor customer service and requires attention. Approximately three weeks ago, I was assisted by a tall young woman with long dark hair, possibly of West Indian descent. During the initial interaction, she was pleasant and helpful. I purchased a stamp and asked her to mail an envelope containing an invoice. The transaction went smoothly. About 15 minutes after leaving, she courteously called to inform me that I had left a copy of the invoice behind. I appreciated the call and asked if she could place the invoice in my mailbox for pickup the following Saturday, as I regularly check my mail then. She agreed, and we ended the conversation. The issue arose when I later followed up with the vendor to confirm payment. Unfortunately, I was informed that they had not received the invoice, which led to the cancellation of my account. Concerned, I contacted the location last Saturday to speak directly with the staff member who assisted me. I understand Saturdays can be busy, and the team may have been overwhelmed; however, I was very disappointed by the hostile and dismissive tone I received during the call. When I inquired about whether the envelope was mailed and if my invoice had been placed in the mailbox as requested, the employee responded angrily and could not provide a clear answer. Her tone indicated frustration, and when I asked to speak with a manager, she abruptly stated the manager was unavailable until Monday through Friday--then hung up on me. This occurred around 2:45 PM, even though the store remains open until 3:00 PM. The purpose of this message is to formally raise this concern in the hope that it will be addressed appropriately. I would also like to request that this particular employee not assist me during future visits, as the service I received was unacceptable and unprofessional. PO Box #127
