On July 1st I brought my 2015 750I to this dealership. As someone from being from Los Angeles, I…read moretrusted a BMW dealership to properly diagnose my vehicle. After paying nearly $2000 for spark plugs and ignition coils, my car was still misfiring. I was then told a fuel injector would fix the problem but after it was it replaced, the misfire was still there. I was later given a $14,737 repair estimate. I decided to have my car towed back to Los Angeles for a second opinion. An independent BMW specialist diagnosed the actual problem was the DEM module, which did not require removing the engine. The part itself only cost me $1200 but fixed the misfire, and I also had my rear main seal replaced under warranty that I forgot I had when I bought the car two years ago. My biggest concern is that I went to a BMW dealership expecting factory trained technicians to accurately diagnose and repair my vehicle. Instead, I paid nearly $2000 for repairs that didn't fix the problem and was ultimately presented with a $14,737 repair estimate that turned out to be unnecessary. And to make matters worst for Sam to tell me she thinks my car isn't worth getting fix and asking me do I want to trade my car in. I bought my car two years ago with only 77,000 miles, my car only has 85,000. I put my trust in this dealership's expertise, and I left feeling disappointed that they were unable to correctly identify the actual problem with my car. So if you are thinking about bringing your car here for services, DON'T!

This deal was done on May 4th 2026. Illegally threatening to repossess our new car after we relinquished & signed over our trade in/that was bought BRAND NEW from THEM a decade ago. I have NEVER heard a salesman scream until I met Jose Aguilar. He actually told my husband to "meet him at work" so that he could attempt to get physical w my husband!?! But he clearly does not know my husband and he REALLY doesn't wanna know him like that!?! Hahaha I wanted to put this here for everyone else to see, also, legally, for my notations of harassing, bullying, & predatory nature of these sales people. Incredibly DISTURBING to hear "professionals" provoking the buyers. Asking them to "meet me at work" for violence. There is NO EXCUSE for the FORCED and DISHONEST tactics that were used in this sale. Do NOT pull up to this dealership without the knowledge. They WILL lie to you. They WILL mislead you. IF you have the brains to catch it? They WILL hate you for it & attempt to punish you for it.

A few years ago, my wife and I decided we wanted an Escalade, but we needed the biggest Escalade we…read morecould find, which was the ESV. We found it on Catano's website and drove to Bakersfield and bought it. Greg Brown and Francisco were the nicest and most accommodating guys to deal with and if there was ANY problem or question at all with it, they were patient and answered our questions or fixed the issue. We loved that Escalade and decided it was time to upgrade. We both wanted the new Suburban LT, and sure enough when we looked, they had one on their website. Greg Brown, Max, Francisco and the Finance lady made our purchase the smoothest and most convenient transistion you could imagine. They even upgraded the tires to 22's and put brand new tires and rims on the truck. They answered every single question we had and made us feel like family and that we were getting the family deal. They even gave me more than I expected for my escalade as trade in toward the purchase of the Suburban! It is worth the 21/2 hour drive just to deal with these guys because we are comfortable knowing we will be happy with what we bought! We will definitely be back to see them!!

I know it was a high demand vehicle that they could've sold for more to someone else but they knew they had what we needed and the asking price was close to our budget. They worked with us to close the deal. They established a relationship with me and now my family. They were professional, customer service oriented, patient and honest. It's hard to find those qualities in this particular industry. My wife is happy and my wallet doesn't hurt, so I'm extremely happy.
