We were told multiple times the car would be ready "in an hour," but after waiting for hours, we left and were promised delivery--which didn't happen. The next day, the car still wasn't properly prepped: it wasn't washed or detailed, and the ResistAll we paid for hadn't been applied. Disappointing experience overall compared to our past visits. That said, I do want to recognize the positives. Daniel in finance worked hard to get us to a number we were comfortable with, and Gary caught details that saved us nearly $700 in registration fees. A special thank you to Cooper, who took initiative to resolve our issues and concerns and truly turned the experience around--he treated us like family, made sure the car was fully detailed with the ResistAll applied, and personally delivered the car to our home. It's because of these individuals that I decided to change my original 1 star rating to a 5 star rating.

I will say my credit is not the best, but almost three days and over 25 inquries on my credit is ridiculous. Come to find out a week after I bought the truck, the automatic passenger running board stopped working after binding and making a griding noise for about 4 or 5 cycles. I ended up just taking the running boards off because it is a used vehicle and the extended warranty that i paid thousands for conveniently didn't cover it. The last straw was when I took the vehicle to the local dealership to have recall work done, just to find out the metal key that detaches to unlock the spare tire lock and driver door is for a different vehicle. Since the spare has to come out for the module replacement for the recall, it could not be done. When I spoke to Jacob, the salesman who ghosted me as soon as I found issues with the truck, he said his manager would call me and address the issue. This was after the used car manager said im out if luck because it was a used car sold as is. I have called Jacob 3 more times over the past week and have not heard an answer from anyone.They sold me a vehicle with the wrong key, and apparently that is my problem now according to the used car manager. I am contacting the Califonia Department of Consumer Affairs, the BBB, and the Bureau of Automotive Repair over this. You would think after you were sold a vehicle with the incorrect key, they would fix it, but instead I have been blown off. The staff at this dealership dont care about their customers once the sale is made. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Yes, we should expect this since this is their job being sales agents but Denise went above and beyond for me. She was patient and made the car buying process go smoothly. Denise made sure to walk over her manager to apologize to us for a longer than usual wait time. The dealership is huge and has a very nice layout. Sales had their own cubicles that provided enough privacy between customers. The showroom was huge and clean. The sales and store was well placed and stocked.
