For free, if you would like, they will take a polaroid of your butt and memorialize you eternally on the walls. While I didn't do that, if that's up your alley, go for it. Service (2/5): This is the main area of improvement. After being seated, I was greeted promptly and got my first cocktail promptly. From there, things fell apart. I had to grab the bartender's attention to order my second drink and to close out. It was a week day and they weren't busy. And there were two bartenders. A lack of attentiveness. When I closed out, I noticed that the cocktails were both $2 more expensive than what was listed on the menu. When I inquired, I was told that the menus were outdated... umm what? If you're not going to re-print your menus, give people a heads-up when they arrive. I understand that most people won't notice, but this is deception. Food (N/A): I was on a liquid diet. If you're trying to eat here, all they have is snacks. The menu doesn't specify but I'm thinking it's probably chips or somethign like that. Drinks (4/5): A lengthy, and interesting, cocktail list. Similar to a speakeasy, you're going to see creativity and an interesting blend of flavors here. The most popular drink is Fuck Nazis. We're seeing a theme here. KWSC is an interesting spot. Lets cover how you get there... as tickets & seats are limited release, Monday mornings at 10am AZ time, for the following Friday to Thursday only. Midweek tickets are available for seating & buying drinks only so spur of the moment bookings. But seriously recommend the Captain's table seats (which you can read below) 1) sign up for Sunday email blasts of the booking link (didnt work in my experience, but read on) 2) either get email link or wait for Monday 10am & next week of tickets (should) be released). Now in my first experience, neither the Sunday email or Monday morning release happened, maybe because they had plenty of tickets left for the midweek? Not an issue previously Yelped about so thought I'd add their customer service was absolutely wonderful & responsive to send the ticket link & helpful with allergies & setting up a birthday surprise. The ticket options are the following. $25 to get in, sit & buy cocktails & watch the other +-18 people get free cocktails & absolutely wonderful 4 plate small bites. As you can see from all the pics the food is fantastic & themed for the trip. The Captain's table tickets either come in 2 pack or 4 pack (seater tables) & well worth the experience. Now the website has a lot of info to read, one of the things it lists is a 20% "service charge" & that gratuity isn't included. Dont be concerned with this, ill mention it at the end. My advice to the management is to reword this sentence or it could be very misleading & a put off in this day & age as now I'm thinking i need to add 30-40% to the bill for service charge & gratuity... & believe me all the staff worked hard & are well deserving. About 5-10 mins before take off, head to the welcome desk at the Wren & Wolf, pick up your boarding passes & walk outside about 30 seconds around the corner to stand in line. Previous review talked about long waiting, didnt experience that as our doors opened bang on time & one of the Captain's checked out ID & boarding passes. We moved through a rather small beautifully decorated check in counter with period 70s time zone clock & boarded, to be shown our table. The interior is extremely comfortable, other than the 3x 4 seater Captain's tables, the rest was wrap around bench sofas & 70s low swivel soft chairs. As your eyes adjust to the dim lighting, the interior is all 70s wood, at one end is a full sized bar decorated with some chrome & lots of unique matching 70s style cocktail shakers. After the doors close, the stewardesses, dressed in 70s style single piece uniforms, run through a quick preflight take on the safety talk, while you sip on a welcome complimentary cocktail & nuts. Whilst at this point, our stewardess brings us our first course of absolutely delicious, mini NY style bagel, lox, lashings of cream cheese & topped with caviar; all whilst explaining we get 2 cocktail choices each included with our price. The announcement is made to depart, a rumble is felt below your feet & the LED screens (which you've not noticed all over, looking like large airplane windows) light up & the curtains are raised to reveal the Carry On terminal.... we taxi as the LED windows display a HD video of take off, all synchronised to the various angles & sides of the plane, meaning each window has a unique & different perspective of the take off. Our theme night was NY to Tokyo, so we took off, flew over Manhattan with the Twin Towers & carried on into the clouds. The whole time these windows are their own entertainment, finally circling Japan & landing. Next, 2 Japanese pot stickers with King Crab. Empty plates are swiftly cleared & its not long until our next course Next up, Japanese Waygu skewers eated around a shitso leaf. Then finally one of the best NY cheesecakes I've had, using crushed up Heath bars. Cocktail menu is large, all kinds of unusual selections & half way through the trip, the Captain announces, Its Martini time & the Martini cart is rolled out to all. After we thought we were done, my wife is presented with a beautiful Happy Birthday Cocktail & signed napkin. We'll if my wife is having a 4th drink, so must I. I was advised this would be at my own cost, which is nice to remind folks, but even looking at their alacarte menu, prices were extremely reasonable.. & we've just had 7 cocktails between us included. As the plane comes to land, you feel the landing gear extending & the bill is handed out. Tere is where you pay the taxes & service charge, but the bill lists "gratuity" & believe me, everyone & the experience deserves 20% here. Theres a chance to add a very small additional 3-7%, for me 7% was $6 & yes the entire experience & service, including making my wife feel special on her birthday was amazing.

We walked in and the band was performing "Genie in a Bottle," followed by other current/recent pop songs, Backstreet Boys songs, and "Creep." The singer was repeatedly screaming into the microphone and encouraging everyone to scream and make noise. At one point, while sitting in what is supposed to be a speakeasy, we were literally listening to him sing "creep" which is one of the most depressing songs of all time. It felt much more like being at a loud dive bar or country bar than an intimate 1920s inspired speakeasy. My biggest issue is that the entertainment did not match the experience being advertised. You can decorate a room beautifully and make it look like the 1920s, but when the soundtrack is "Genie in a Bottle," "Creep," and Backstreet Boys songs being loudly belted into a microphone, the illusion disappears pretty quickly. The noise level also made it difficult to simply sit, have a drink, talk, and enjoy the space. We specifically chose this place because we wanted that relaxed jazz/speakeasy experience, and that simply wasn't what we got. The cocktail selection was another disappointment. For a speakeasy-style bar, I expected a stronger selection of specialty bourbon and whiskey cocktails. The prices also felt excessive for the overall experience. On top of the already-high prices, we paid a $20 entertainment cover ($10 per person) specifically for the band. I wouldn't have minded paying a cover for quality live entertainment that fit the advertised atmosphere, but the artist was not particularly impressive and, more importantly, the music didn't fit the theme at all. There is a lot of potential here. The space itself is beautiful, the service was good, and they nailed many of the visual details. Unfortunately, the entertainment is such a major part of a speakeasy experience that it overshadowed everything else for us. If you're specifically looking for jazz, flapper-era music, and an authentic-feeling 1920s speakeasy atmosphere, I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

I especially appreciate being able to grab something substantial to eat and a nice drink before a flight instead of settling for typical airport food. American Express also highlights the lounge's locally inspired menu and seasonal offerings, which gives the experience a little more personality. The lounge has a comfortable mix of seating and work areas, along with Wi-Fi, TVs, flight monitors, and even a shower suite for travelers who want to freshen up before their flight. It's located in Terminal 4 on the upper level across from Gate B22, which makes it especially convenient when flying out of the B gates. Overall, I really enjoy having a quiet, comfortable place to step away from the busy airport, grab a good meal and drink, and relax before boarding. There was only one bartender so the bar line was a little long but the pours were generous and the specialty drink, the layover, was worth the wait. The only issue wasn't the lounge's fault though they could do something about it. Children. Screaming. Running amok. Screaming. It's 100% the parent's fault but a quiet reminder (or, better yet, a threat) from the manager may have calmed things down a bit. Perhaps a family room could be added. The PHX Centurion Lounge is a step above many of the other clubs. It's definitely worth a visit.

The highlights of the night were the food. SO MUCH FOOD! And it was TERRIFIC! For starters we got the artichoke hummus. It sounded a bit weird, but all it was was regular hummus with 4 artichoke hearts that were crispy. The artichoke hearts were crisp, but moist, and I could have kept eating those all day. It comes with 1 pita bread. The server told us to order another and we did, turns out we needed it as the pita breads were quite small ($3 +). Sure only 3 bucks, but nickel and dime if you are spending $14 on an app... For mains I got the filet medium rare with a side of regular potatoes. My partner got the salmon skewer with a side of asparagus. Both the dishes were cooked perfectly and they were familiar dishes with a slightly exotic touch to it. Must be the middle eastern part of the restaurant. The steak came with a ganache or accompaniments of middle eastern sides. Can't recall what they were but they were great when I dipped my potatoes in them. It was sour, tart, acidic, kind of like middle eastern soy sauce. The server recommended it to us and we got it. The salmon skewer came with 5 decent sized pieces on it. Great for a small eater or someone who doesn't want their own meal. It too was delicious and had light touches of sauce or smoke on it. The asparagus is a favorite. It was cooked as usual, typical steak side and both me and my partner enjoyed it! For dessert, as it was my partners birthday the server comped the pound cake. While it was delicious, it was definitely the letdown of the meal. It was way too sweet including the layer of cream that it was doused with. The sweat cream wasn't necessary as the pound cake was incredibly sweet itself. Also, the pound cake wasn't soft like normal cake. It was quite dry once you peeled away the creme layer up top. I definitely should have gone with the Chocolate Ganache Tart. But their mess up worked in their favor. I'm definitely coming back for another meal at Flint!
