I called Paul the owner on the 3rd of July which was a Friday. He gave me some pointers to make it thru the holiday weekend in order to avoid higher costs. That was already a great sign. We set up an appt for 9 Monday morning, I received text reminders and there he was, bright an early 9 on Monday. Communication and punctuality are extremely important to me. My plumbing issue ended up being more complicated than as originally presumed and I needed to get to bed for work (graveyard shift) so we scheduled the fix for a few days to make it to my day off. He was there on time as scheduled and done in 2 hrs. Paul is reliable and clearly knowledgeable in his craft and I am grateful I found him. I have old plumbing and look forward to having him help me head into an upgrade. He is also hilarious with a great sense of humor. 10/10 recommend.

I am promising that word for word, do not let these comments from choosing the best plumbers I have met. I live in an HOA and trust me I have met many many plumbers and I have to say Greg should be the poster child for people like me. I live in a 55+ condo and the population here is older single women by at least 80%. We have used Downey Plumbing, A-1, Roto Rooter and some smaller companies and the problems we are having persists. Plumbing is a nightmare, we are charged so much and we don't know if we are being taken advantage of. I had a gasket put on my toilet and it is still leaking. I met this company through my daughter, she has a home in Whittier and her sewage system continued to give her problems until Greg came along. They dug into the ground and found the source and at the most reasonable price, it was done, fixed, after months of trying various companies who just treated the surface, long enough to last their guarantee and the same problem would occur. Fowl smells, pipes clogged again. It has been over a year and the issue has not reoccurred. These guys do not just put lipstick on the pig (sorry pig lovers, I love pigs).
