Perfect setting with outside tables for a breakfast date with my husband. He ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich and loved it. I had a berry scone and latte and loved it as well! Definitely worth visiting if you make it to Winter Harbor!

The property was gorgeous, the room was spacious yet still felt cozy and had the perfect view of the harbor (across the street!) The inn keepers were so warm, kind and helpful. Especially Ryan, possibly the sweetest person I've ever met. And THE BEST breakfast. They even left me a card on my birthday which was so thoughtful- I was on a solo trip for my 30th. The location was ideal for me. It is off the island so you drive about an hour to get to most of Acadia but the drive is so stunning and goes by fast. MUCH preferred to some noisy, packed hotel in Bar Harbor. Trust me on that. Plus, the night sky is way more breathtaking without all the lights from town. And it's a few minutes from the Schoodic part of the park which is perfect for catching the sunset after a long day of exploring. there are also so many perfect little local spots to eat at right up the road (but be warned, things close early around here!) Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again for being my home away from home on the best birthday adventure I could imagine.

Good thing we asked the waitress about it- I think we would have been surprised by what it actually is (more of a sushi type thing). We ended up skipping the lobster summer roll and instead got the grilled artichokes, chicken piccata, and the paella. All of the food (and drinks) were SO good. Absolutely amazing food we were blown away! The chicken piccata was perfectly cooked (I'm picky about my chicken) and the sauce was absolutely perfect for the meal. My boyfriend's paella was also amazing- he said it was the best he's had over here! The food and overall experience were great- we loved the vibe of the place and was the perfect dinner for the end of our vacation. Service was also great and quick- next time we're in the area we'll be stopping by again!

Arriving a little late, Chef was gracious enough to allow us to order a pinch behind normal kitchen closing, and everyone serving us was a ridiculously sweet, funny, helpful delight. Our food- 100/10. Tender lobster in the truffle risotto, smashing burger, perfect mussels, to die for appetizers and quick service. I loved my pineapple spicy margarita as well! Coming in as a highlight on our Maine trip so far- nothing but vibes from the people, the place, the plates and everything in between.

The food was okay -- tasty enough -- but the portions were small, and the prices seemed to assume I was dining on a rooftop in Paris, not in a side alley. My matcha latte had potential but zero balance -- all grass, no grace. The regular latte was equally meh, more like coffee-scented milk. The Shakshuka was decent but nothing to write home about, and the blueberry pancakes (which everyone raves about) lost some magic once I noticed their "secret ingredient": Golden Malted pancake mix, spotted upstairs near the restroom along with a lineup of pre-bought ingredients and juices. Mystery solved. Which brings me to the biggest question: if nothing's made from scratch, why does it take 30 minutes for the food to arrive? Maybe the wait time is part of the experience -- slow food meets pre-mix café chic. To be fair, the service was friendly, and the vibe was fine if you like dining al fresco in a blah alley with a side of hype. Bottom line: decent flavors, kind staff, but more style than substance. If you're chasing trendy brunch photos, it delivers. If you're chasing real scratch clean cooking, keep walking.

This place has extensive outdoor seating. Service is ok, since you just order and they bring you food, there is not much of a role for them. It's a small quaint place with a bar to sit at if you don't prefer a table. The service was great, we loved our server and we were able to see them make our food. I ordered an amazing French vanilla Latte to top it off, hands down great! But be prepared to stand in line and wait, it's that good. They close early so get there early.

Coffee mugs for sale and they bring you a little coffee thermos for the table to refill/keep warm which I loved. Our server was sweet. Menu is loaded with all the things I love - omelettes, pancakes, Benedicts, etc. I chose the wild Maine blueberry pancakes with a side of chicken sausage and thought they were delicious! The pancakes were loaded through and through with blueberries in every bite. My husband went with the corned beef hash (his personal fav) and said it was good and it was clearly house-made. Food was out quickly and we enjoyed our meal. Right in the middle of town and clearly a popular spot with tourists, I can see how this can be a loooooong wait during the summer.

Service and Staff: - The staff was nice and they are accommodating with us initially sitting outside and then switching to inside Food and Drinks: - Chai latte: this was good - the cinnamon on top was a nice touch - Traditional Benedict: my friend asked for sausage instead of bacon on her Benedict. She wasn't clear what kind of sausage, but we wish the server said what kind of sausage they had. My friend was expecting a sausage patty, not sausages cut in half - Special Benedict: this was pretty disappointing. There was very little salmon, the egg was overcooked, and the biscuit was very dry. We asked for new eggs that were poached (as eggs should be with Benedict). I received new eggs in a bowl without any of the seasoning. It would have been okay if there was enough hollandaise sauce to add to these, but the sauce was also very limited - Blueberry Pancakes: these were good and filling Miscellaneous: - Street parking available - Indoor and outdoor seating available - Two gender neutral bathrooms
