I have continued with regular massage (every 2 weeks or so) and what a difference it has made to my physical and emotional healing. The Solfege Center for Healing is a warm oasis where people gather to benefit from the wonderful healing opportunities they offer - yoga, Reiki, massage, spiritual readings, sauna, health coaching, etc. You can book sessions/classes right from their website which is super convenient.
