We used the Yelp app, messaged Inner Truth and they were prompt in getting back to us! Thank you! Inner Truth is located on the second floor of a beautiful historic building. You can either take the stairs or elevator. We were greeted by Jamie and Ami for our couples massage and immediately felt welcomed. We filled out the necessary paperwork that all reputable massage therapists require. Both therapists reviewed our personal history and we chatted about any areas we wanted them to focus on during our massages. When we entered the massage room, it was stunning!! Jamie and Ami demonstrated the upmost professionalism and passion for massage therapy. We highly recommend them both and can't wait to book our next appointment when we come back to visit. Namaste I also purchased a neck pillow after my massage. It's also amazing!!! Browse the shelf that is located by the room on the left. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I really wish I could leave a positive review. My sweet daughter got me a gift certificate to Vada…read morefor Christmas and I was so looking forward to my first visit. Sadly, reception was empty when I arrived and having never been there, I had no idea what to do or where to go. I sat in a waiting area for about 15 minutes but no one appeared. I finally decided to look around for someone but had no luck. My appointment was for 9:30 in the salt cave and I was running out of time. I found it on my own and laid down on one of the beds, but I felt like an intruder and I was very uncomfortable. So, after a while I decided to leave. A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.

Seeing a massage therapist is a very personal experience. You want someone who is empathetic, compassionate and understanding if you have discomfort. You want to have someone touch you that knows the inner workings of the human body to the point that when they touch you even for a minute they know where your pain truly lies. You want to go to a place that is clean and that makes you feel calm, welcome and at ease. A peaceful place that you could see yourself going back to many times. Lauren is that person. RelaxStation is that place. Always a burst of sunshine, professional and polite. I cannot express enough how much talent Lauren has. She has that touch where she can feel all the muscles and nerves, and not a lot of people have that in this field. She is great to see if you want a relaxing treat but also if you have issues that are pestering your body. Most recently she was a huge help with my sciatica. She is just amazing, because after an hour I had relief, but after three days I started to realize I had NO pain! Ty Lauren so much!!! And I am stretching everyday as you recommended. Awesome help!! I highly recommend a visit, because you will be hooked. And I would give more stars if I could! My husband and I are clients of Lauren's, since 2009.

I needed to find a massage therapist that I could book within my sometimes hectic travel schedule…read morehence I searched and found Body Mechanix and my therapist Valerie This was my first visit to this business and I was quite pleased with the location, parking and atmosphere (it's in a house) By the way the address for this location is 95 Broadway in Dover As background I have been getting massages for my health, circulation and some 'me' time since 2003, over 16 years of experience. I typically book 90 minutes for a technique that's in between sports/deep tissue and Swedish. My best massages are the ones where I enter a state of deep relaxation. Now this may rake two or three seasons where the therapist and you communicate and are comfortable with the chosen techniques Not so with Valerie, she got me into a relaxed state within the first 15 minutes! Needless to say I'll be back!
