You can either take the stairs or elevator. We were greeted by Jamie and Ami for our couples massage and immediately felt welcomed. We filled out the necessary paperwork that all reputable massage therapists require. Both therapists reviewed our personal history and we chatted about any areas we wanted them to focus on during our massages. When we entered the massage room, it was stunning!! Jamie and Ami demonstrated the upmost professionalism and passion for massage therapy. We highly recommend them both and can't wait to book our next appointment when we come back to visit. By the end, she had worked out so much of my tightness and knots, my shoulders laid completely flat. Wow. I hadn't even realized it was that bad. And the whole thing was so pleasant and relaxing. She is no longer at Duda, but I have happily followed her to her new space in Greenland. Before Elizabeth, I had only ever experienced a few professional massages in my life, often infrequently. Since Elizabeth, I consider massages important and necessary. Her rates are competitive ($75/hour) - better than they were when she was at the Duda ($90/hour) - and I see her as often as I can afford. Every time I see her, I have a great and comfortable experience and leave feeling better than I arrived. I literally walk out able to put my shoulders down. Also- while maybe not the most important thing to point out, I have to comment on how soft her sheets are. They are extraordinarily soft. So soft that once after my massage, I crept around the entire table going through all the edges of the sheets looking for a tag so I could go find sheets like those for my bed at home. Alas, they only make them in massage table sizes. On a more useful note, I have very sensitive skin and am extremely sensitive to smells. Whatever Elizabeth uses, I've never had a reaction.

Sadly, reception was empty when I arrived and having never been there, I had no idea what to do or where to go. I sat in a waiting area for about 15 minutes but no one appeared. I finally decided to look around for someone but had no luck. My appointment was for 9:30 in the salt cave and I was running out of time. I found it on my own and laid down on one of the beds, but I felt like an intruder and I was very uncomfortable. So, after a while I decided to leave. A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.
