He was able to give a very deep tissue massage, which I had requested, and checked multiple times to see how I thought the pressure was. The receptionists were kind and welcoming as well. I read a negative review about the temperature, I found the temperature to be very comfortable and the room was soothing. They offer additional add ons such as CBD oil and Doterra essential oil aromatherapy for a small additional charge. The rates are very reasonable. The monthly programs (60 minute or 90 minute options) are a great deal and transferable to other people!!

We used the Yelp app, messaged Inner Truth and they were prompt in getting back to us! Thank you! Inner Truth is located on the second floor of a beautiful historic building. You can either take the stairs or elevator. We were greeted by Jamie and Ami for our couples massage and immediately felt welcomed. We filled out the necessary paperwork that all reputable massage therapists require. Both therapists reviewed our personal history and we chatted about any areas we wanted them to focus on during our massages. When we entered the massage room, it was stunning!! Jamie and Ami demonstrated the upmost professionalism and passion for massage therapy. We highly recommend them both and can't wait to book our next appointment when we come back to visit. Namaste I also purchased a neck pillow after my massage. It's also amazing!!! Browse the shelf that is located by the room on the left. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I've been faithfully coming to this establishment for over a year. I've been to a few different…read moretherapists here however, we all have our favorites: Dale, Lynn and Cassie, however it doesn't seem she is there anymore :( Dale is kind, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable of all things related to my muscles and why certain parts hurt. It's nice to hear the almost excitement when she talks about the muscles and how everything works. It just shows how passionate she is about what she does. We have had great conversations while I've been on the table, as well as nice quiet sessions where she digs deep into my aches and pains. She listens and focuses on my needs which is what I appreciate. Lynn is no different. She focuses on my needs, my aches and where it really feels right and needs that extra touch. Unfortunately, her schedule doesn't typically work for me, but when I have a short day I try to schedule with her to get some variety in techniques. Cassie really worked intensely on my back and neck and always did a great job. I was always impressed with her amount of pressure and ability considering she is such a petite woman. I'm not sure where she is, but I'd follow her to her other practice. I have sent many friends over to Rejuvenations, as well as my mom. Everyone has had nothing but a pleasant experience with Lynn and Dale. I've been to several different massage therapists within at 20 mile radius and I am loyal specifically to this place because of these two excellent therapists.

I really wish I could leave a positive review. My sweet daughter got me a gift certificate to Vada…read morefor Christmas and I was so looking forward to my first visit. Sadly, reception was empty when I arrived and having never been there, I had no idea what to do or where to go. I sat in a waiting area for about 15 minutes but no one appeared. I finally decided to look around for someone but had no luck. My appointment was for 9:30 in the salt cave and I was running out of time. I found it on my own and laid down on one of the beds, but I felt like an intruder and I was very uncomfortable. So, after a while I decided to leave. A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.

You want to have a therapist who is an…read moreexpert when they talk to you, but especially when they touch you; they need to know many forms within their field. You want someone who is empathetic, compassionate and understanding if you have discomfort. You want to have someone touch you that knows the inner workings of the human body to the point that when they touch you even for a minute they know where your pain truly lies. You want to go to a place that is clean and that makes you feel calm, welcome and at ease. A peaceful place that you could see yourself going back to many times. Lauren is that person. RelaxStation is that place. Always a burst of sunshine, professional and polite. I cannot express enough how much talent Lauren has. She has that touch where she can feel all the muscles and nerves, and not a lot of people have that in this field. She is great to see if you want a relaxing treat but also if you have issues that are pestering your body. Most recently she was a huge help with my sciatica. She is just amazing, because after an hour I had relief, but after three days I started to realize I had NO pain! Ty Lauren so much!!! And I am stretching everyday as you recommended. Awesome help!! I highly recommend a visit, because you will be hooked. And I would give more stars if I could! My husband and I are clients of Lauren's, since 2009.
