After reading a few reviews, I decided to give them a try. Upon scheduling the appointment, the customer service agent sent me the name and photo of the plumber who would be coming out. That was a nice touch, it made me feel more at ease knowing who to look out for. The plumber, Taylor, was efficient and clearly explained each task he'd be performing. He wore booties in my home and left the bathtub area clean when he was done. The entire job took less than 30 minutes. In total, I paid around $85, money well spent!

All I put up and he didn't put the drywall all the way around and left me a mess. Left the window undone. Left the tub and done. Left the sub floors exposed. I called. Company and their manager. Chad told me on the side. I said I did not. He was a goat employee. He came to give me a quote as a goat he was here. I asked if you get replaced my busted up bathroom I was asking him as a goat employee. You're not as a private person I don't know the man from anywhere change the toilet, which was no big deal OK job. I'll give you that. Not not a great job. I'm not a good job. Just OK. He also stole two $500 Apple advances from me and a $50 cash advance from Apple. He told me he needed that. I find out after the fact here for the whole time except for the library last the goat company truck in and a company uniforms that he was expired. And he's done the same I put pictures of my yelp and I'm looking for them because it was horrifying. I had a Contractor who lives gonna become with it and he goes. This is horrible. They need to come make this right. I called the goat, plumbing, out sent Kyle put the tub in. Nothing is my shower all level. They just don't wanna take the time. Told said they did everything. Or I would never have agreed to this job. I'm 73 and I'm Social Security. My $4000 job is turned into a $10,000 out that I cannot afford. I live right in a 55+ community right on the water and we were two hurricanes in a row and I have been slowly digging my way out years. Trying to get my place for back together. It is my retirement help. I do not have homeowners insurance because they do not give them on mobile homes. My mobile home is basically brand just a chassis, the iron very strong. Was putting 8. I had to replace the water, vapor etc. etc. I'm a far away from being done. I want them to give me back with the money I gave them because I afford to them this kind of money. I found a wonderful man from my church who has a commerciompany and he sent guys over to work. They they did do a wonderful job .I want my money back from them and they will not give it back to me. Anthony agreed to come out and fix it. We were surprised it was leaking so quickly after replacement. he said he would not charge us but that it would be the last time. After that we would have to pay all over again. On October 27, 2025, and Sprinklers came out to do normal maintenance on our sprinkler system and the backflow valve was leaking just as it had when Anthony replaced it and then fixed it eight months later. The backflow valve appeared to be very old according to the technician. When Anthony said he replaced it in August 2023, I did not retain the part. This time I will retain it. This repair is quite expensive. My bill today including some other adjustments was $895. I'm writing this to advise you that if you use Curtis Plumbing, retain the parts that they replace. I'm still not convinced that Anthony ever replaced the backflow valve in the first place.

I contracted them in Dec 2025, then didn't get started until late March 2026, finishing mid-April 2026. What was estimated as a 3-day project, turned into a 4-month nightmare. The horrible communications, terrible customer service and their quality management practices are non-existent. What they had in abundance of was excuses. Shifting the blame onto everyone, accepting themselves. They used a subcontractor (Apex Plumbing), who was just as bad as the parent company. A major red flag that I ignored was the subdivision of their company, which denotes their "grab the money and run" tactic to avoid liability and accountability, if & when they are sued. Although I expected some damage to the backyard and minor delays (city permits). I didn't imagine, nor was I informed that my front yard would also be destroyed due to their poor planning & incompetence. Despite my patience, tolerance, and civility, which were all taken for granted, by these dishonorable, callous, and unprofessional people who were only interested in fleecing the limited money from a disabled USMC veteran caregiver on a fix income in a bad economy. The sad reality is, had I gone with any of the 4 other companies, not only would they have finished faster. But I would have gotten the same quality of work for a fraction of the cost. In the end, because of the inconvenience, bad service, damage, disrespect, and many delays, etc..., Just a few of the many problems experienced, in addition to the 4-month delay, was installing the wrong septic tank. I ordered and was paying for a 1530-gallon tank, but they were going to install a 900 gallon. I got this unethical switch before it was too late. But that then delayed the job another day, on top of the delay because they took Monday off. Then they failed to provide me with the permits, & breaking my concrete patio floor in the backyard, again because of their poor planning. Then they were going to leave the job, with an obvious crater (from where the septic tank/drainage field) in the backyard because they had started late in the day and didn't want to keep returning to properly cover the ground with the dirt that was extracted from the backyard but was relocated to the front. To get anything done properly was like pulling teeth. Don't get me started on their countless lies and false promises. And I am leaving out all of the minor problems. Premium Plumbing only gave me a $500 discount for my troubles out of a $25k bill. If they had only worked as quickly in the service I hired them for as quickly as they issued the bill, then I at least would have been satisfied. But as it is, I am only very disappointed with what this company did and failed to do. In conclusion, I didn't get my money's worth from this truly disgusting immoral and godless company that I warn everyone to stay away from. Don't let what happen to me, happen to you--pick ANYONE but them or their subcontract Apex Plumbing. They cannot be trusted and their word, like work, is worthless.
