The floor needed levelling using liquid concrete and ground down in areas to make it perfectly smooth. The new flooring was picked up by them from a third party and laid throughout the bottom level of our condo and stairs plus the upstairs landing. They also installed new 5 1/4" baseboard. As we live in Canada communication was all done via phone and texts. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to Bill and David the on site supervisor. We are hoping to use them to install new kitchen cabinets and countertops sink and faucet. Highly recommended.

Instead of cutting with a diamond cutter vs a saw or at least using the saw where it is allowed (in the parking lot), the tile setter used the saw inside a small condo! There was dust everywhere in every room and on every surface. He didn't even clean up beyond a simple sweep in the small bath when he completed the job with grouting etc. We thought that the rather high price quoted for the job would come with this professional courtesy but all we got was 100$ credit on a $3k bill that was increased by 250$ since the 1st quote. The final job install looks good, however, you leave a job in a better place than when you got it. The place was a mess and required a professional cleaning. Not impressed!

Since we were relocating from out of state, we wanted the flooring done before we arrived. We even had our realtor leave a lockbox so measurements could be taken in advance. We finalized the details and paid the deposit on June 26th -- then communication completely dropped off. No updates. No responses to follow-ups. Nothing. My husband finally drove down to Florida on July 7th to figure out what was going on -- only to find that demo had just started, two weeks later. Worse, the wrong areas were demoed, including our kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, which delayed work on our daughter's room. That alone made this experience extremely stressful for our family. Installation didn't begin until July 14th, and our furniture (already delayed and sitting in storage) was scheduled to arrive the 18th. Flooring was incomplete, and we were told if we delayed furniture again, they couldn't guarantee a future delivery date. We ended up picking up additional materials ourselves on July 21st, just to keep things moving. I had to call again on the 23rd to find out when they'd finish. They finally came on July 26th to complete the last room. The crew was friendly and the floors look nice now, but we had to ask them to reinstall all the doors and finish the master bathroom. The lack of communication throughout this entire process was unacceptable. We still have more rooms to do, but we will not be using Flooring Master again. We can't recommend them to anyone.

If I lived in the country in a Cabin that would be great but I am use to beautiful natural stone and tile. Then I found the Waterford/Hearthstone LVP at Tampa Flooring Gallery. It had some knots but the knots blended into the color of the floor. It is beautiful. The installers were great. There was a team of 4 who install 800 sq ft of LVP and baseboards in 6 hours. They were great. I would definitely use them again.

This man came in saying he was qualified to do sheetrock repair where a tree had fell on the roof…read moreand we had lots of damage there was also the roof to be repaired which he brought somebody else in on they never finished the job and took advantage of the 70-year-old man with the beginning of Alzheimer's to get all the money out of him before the job was finished needless to say they never finished the job they kept saying they were going to so we let them do some work on the bathroom which was very small and needed to totally remodeled he left us with a brand new tub that won't hold water sheet rock dust all over everything, screws that have not been mudded or sanded seams of the sheetrock are so offset that there's no way to fix it rather than tearing everything out and starting over he just does not know what he's doing I can float out sheetrock I can hang sheetrock mud sheetrock and hand and float it out and he kept telling me because I knew construction finished. I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

It probably would have even been faster if i had been at home and available the same afternoon, to be honest. What really stood out to me though, was how wonderfully, over the top accommodating they were with our hectic work and family schedule... right off the bat, the owner himself offered some flexible appointment times and even said the weekend could be an option if we needed that. Thankfully we didn't though. The entire team at Carlos and Brian's was incredibly professional and courteous, from the very first phone call to the guys that came over to my house. They took the time to listen to me, explained everything they were going to do with the random jobs around that we needed done, and their attention to detail for things like wiping down water from the plumbing and cleaning up after was awesome. When they were helping to move some heavy furniture, I was really worried about my hardwood floors, but they didnt scratch them at all.... actually the guys even asked if i wanted them to take their shoes off before walking inside ehen they first arrived. That was a very thoughtful and considerate gesture. Rhey were pretty fast, I asked them to do a few things (put on a new faucet, fix a weird annoying light, move a huge dresser, fix up my old mailbox) and I think they were in and out in about an hour.. I REALLY appreciated that I could Venmo them for payment. Getting cash would have been annoying. Oh, I also liked that they were licensed/insured and showed up looking professional - it was not like I just hired some random dudes to come into my house - you know, just good peace of mind for the few random repair jobs we needed done, just knowing there was qualified professionals working in our home and even if something went wrong they had us covered. They cleaned up thoroughly after completing the repairs, and the quality of work was outstanding. It's not easy around here to find a home repair company that has both repai expertise AND such excellent customer service.
