While their clientele is usually offices, the family owned business can also provide help setting up a home office. Options like electronic raising desks, real ergonomic chairs, and monitor arms can really improve the home environment. I worked with Eric to design a simple desk which was a real improvement over my old shaky IKEA model. You can customize everything including the colors and surface types to make a real nice option. My desk was delivered several weeks after ordering and was set up easily by the delivery team. They assembled and installed the desk so all I had to do was set up the computer. I got a nice gray tone wood finish with silver metal hardware which goes nicely in my home office, and the height adjustment allows me to easily go from a comfortable sitting desk to a standing desk. They are primarily a cash business with good terms, but accept credit cards with a fee. Keep that in mind while designing your items. Prices are higher than most consumer office equipment, but the price difference is not that much to get real professional grade equipment. Plus, the service and help are worth the price! COVID has made working from home the best option for many, and most of us may still work from home as the virus fades. Personal one on one service. Bill is very good at visualization and being able to point out the positives and negatives of every situation that a normal person would not think about. For example, the larger desk option would cause a gap behind the wall. I thought no big deal and then he says, "Stuff will fall behind there very easily." Oh Sh**. So right and I would be so annoyed. Very knowledgeable about their products and its capabilities. Then I wandered over to the chair section. It was more than just find a chair you are comfortable in. Bill was able to teach me about posture and lumbar support. Who knew there would be so much think about in a chair. Alas, the prices are going to be a little more than Office Depot but you also get service and security of getting exactly what you want. I would recommend for anyone opening a new office or someone who has no design or organization skills to come here. I was very impressed with my visit!
