The absolute worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. This company drug me around for nearly 2 months while debating wether or not to fix my engine or replace it entirely. They left me in the dark the entire time, the only time I could get any info as to what was happening was to call them and wait on hold. After all the time had passed, I sent them EVERY document they asked for, had the dealership jumping through hoops for this horrible company - then and only then did they decide to tell me that my warranty had a cap on it (something that should've been told to me at the beginning of this endeavor). They made it seem like my engine was going to be taken care of, and then stuck me with a $10,000 bill. When I told them that was unacceptable they went on the lookout for a USED engine for my truck. They lead me on and refused to acknowledge any mistakes they had made. This is all with me having the "best top of the line level 3 coverage". I pray that this awful company goes bankrupt, I hope the CEO has his possessions ripped from his grasp, and when he asks for help I hope whoever is unfortunate enough to be the one to deal with them drags them along as long as they did me, and bends him over just the same at the end. I truly and honestly have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. GET A PRO-GUARD WARRANTY! IF I HAD GOTTEN A PRO GUARD WARRANTY A BRAND NEW ENGINE WOULDVE COST ME $100 instead of $10,000 and 2 months wasted! For me, trying to make sense of an auto warranty is like trying to explain Einstein's Theory of Relativity. I've had a truly frustrating and disheartening experience dealing with an ongoing insurance claim that, unfortunately, still hasn't been resolved. Despite my persistent efforts to follow up and seek a resolution, I have yet to receive a satisfactory solution to this problem. Each time I reach out for assistance, I am met with the same response--they are awaiting approval from someone higher up in the company, even though my contract explicitly outlines the coverage. This situation has left me in a difficult predicament. My vehicle has been stuck at the dealership for an entire week, and this is solely because I cannot take it elsewhere, as per the dealership's requirements. I had been trying for months to get help canceling my gap warranty from the dealership that I purchased my vehicle. I have sent emails since June of this year and without any success at all. Debbie was very friendly, and extremely helpful with clearing up any questions I had concerning my contract. The cost of service was not cheap, but was competitive in relation to other options available, and does cover items not necessarily covered by other plans. I would like to see approval not take so long, as I waited at the dealership an entire day for something that was clearly spelled out as being covered. my vehicle stopped working. the repair facility was able to call my extended warranty company. and DOWC payed for my transmission to be replaced. I only had to pay $430 out of pocket. When I bought my vehicle the dealer only gave me a pamphlet for my warranty. It gives you a brief description of what the warranty covers.
