Five stars isn't enough for RV Medics DFW!…read more The Situation: We were traveling from Amarillo to the Fort Worth area with a broken air conditioner in miserable 98-degree heat. Every other shop we called was either unable or completely unwilling to help us. The Communication: Cliff was a lifesaver. I call Brandon and he had an opening a couple of days later on a day with no game. He called me that morning and was able to come earlier than scheduled and that worked for me. He checked for obstructions and the normal stuff and then got his ladder and checked the slide cover hardware and found that the screws had loosed and allowed a part to get out of alignment and damaged. He removed the part and the slide operated properly. He didn't have the part on his truck and wasn't sure it would be available locally. He said I could order the part off Amazon and install it myself easily. I elected to do that instead of having to pay him for another service call. I have a ladder in my basement and tools and the part is secured by two screws with no possibility of mistakes in installation. Brandon is friendly and knowledgeable and we were so happy to be able to have the slide out while we await the part arrival in two days. Pricing was very fair. I recommend Brandon highly.
