I'm giving him 2 stars because for the most part he answered his phone. Called this guy on 2 different repairs, first was ac acting up (while u Der manufacturers warranty) he said $280 flat regardless. Then after hailstorm I needed an estimate done, we agreed for a friday. He shows up Thursday while I'm at work then got irritated at me for it. I've dealt with a lot of rv repair facilities in multiple states, and I've seen good service, and this guy ain't it unfortunately. read more
