I tried working with several contractors for bids on my property, but Rite-Way Foundation went above and beyond anything I could expect, and they far out performed other contractors I spoke with. My 1,200 sq ft home needed a completely new pier-and-beam foundation constructed, in addition to the concrete foundation perimeter needing to be corrected as well--no small task, and something I was throwing a lot of money at to be done Rite! Mike's communication was timely, transparent, and forthright. As a single, young woman who just moved to the area, I especially appreciated not having pull answers out of him regarding the type of materials, cost of services, or worry about being taken advantage of. We have huge humps in our kitchen and can no longer open the pantry door. This is AFTER we did a complete remodel with all brand new kitchen cabinets. The guy they sent out to do the work stopped us in the middle of doing the work and told us he was not comfortable. He told us he did not know what he was doing. We relayed the information back to Liberty foundation and they insisted that he continue. We have been going through months of them telling us they are going to make it right. But that is the complete opposite of what they have done. They have done nothing but give us the runaround. So our only option is to take legal action. Do not use this company. All they do is contract out unskilled laborers.
