From the initial inspection, John was professional, honest and had our best interest. Their quote was reasonable and fair for the labor. Any time I called they responded immediately, or within a couple of hours From Matt, and Mario, to the crew that worked our foundation repair, all were organized and very professional. They responded to all of our questions and guided us through the process. Additionally they were super clean! After the completion of the repair, you could not tell that work was done in the front part of our home. I wish they did other types of jobs! After a long process of getting quotes from some of the big name companies, I ran across VFR's ad…read moreon Facebook. I don't normally pay attention to FB ads but theirs was well written so I started researching them and decided to get a quote. I called them Wednesday, they came out Thursday to do inspection and give an estimate. I reviewed the estimate, they answered every question I had and compared their proposal to others I received and was impressed and signed the agreement. They came out this morning and walked me through the process then got to work. Daniel(owner) was onsite and explained where they were at throughout multiple phases. Impressed with the honesty, integrity and work ethic of VFR. They finished this afternoon; cleaned the worksite to as much as normal can be done on a job like this. Would definitely recommend that anyone that's needs foundation repair work done, get a quote from them, you'll be surprised when comparing theirs vs the other Big Name companies out there. I didn't know much about foundation repair, so I did a lot of online research - questions to ask,…read morewhat to look for in their answers, and even what questions they should be asking me. I also checked out various websites and asked friends and trusted sources (such as our handyman) for recommendations. The project manager, Estaban Rodas, was excellent in explaining what he was doing and why. When I asked how they raised the house, he came and got me so I could watch. He also showed me the holes that they dug, how the piers were placed, and I watched as they raised a portion of the house. I had a lot of questions. He not only welcomed my questions, but he also seemed to enjoy showing me what he was doing and why. I was pleased with their work. Some of the cracks in our wall and floor either closed or were minimized. The doors we were having problems with now close properly. After the job was finished, we had several days of heavy rain. That's when I noticed that the dirt in one of the holes had sunk in. Estaban had explained that pounding the dirt in would prevent the soil from sinking. So when I noticed that they had missed one of the holes, I called the office. They immediately setup an appointment to have someone come out and fix it. The only downside was we did get a large crack on one of our inside walls when they were raising the foundation. Estaban said the house was stable now and to wait 2 weeks before we repaired any of the cracks. I highly recommend them. When Jose Skinny came out to fill the hole with dirt, we asked if he could help uncover the sprinkler heads. With all the rain, the dirt had turned to mud and covered them. He tested the sprinkler system, and then raised the sprinkler heads so they would water the yard and not splash back onto the house. Before he left, he said if the soil sunk again to not hesitate to call.

Otherwise, EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior from their sales reps. A $300 consultation fee (When I asked if I could send photos of the area in contention, I was told no. After I stated I didn't think I had foundation issues since the home was built in 2023 but wanted to be sure, I was still told no) for essentially nothing is actually insane behavior for doing nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After submitting a project request for a fix for a small hole in the easement underneath the roof…read moreof a rental property, Texas Renovators responded quickly and was able to get out to look at the project later that same day in order to give an accurate quote. After receiving the quote and agreeing on a project solution, they made it back out to the house the next morning to fix, sending pictures throughout the process. He recommended using expanding foam to fill the hole, which not only worked but was relatively inexpensive, while still doing the job. Working with them was great. Not only did they send frequent updates through my preferred method of communication, but he was able to recommend a fix that worked for the problem at hand and solve it quickly. Would highly recommend these folks for anyone looking for contracting work in or around their home.
