I can't say how things might add up for anyone else, but for me, as a person that has never really liked hospitals or medical professionals, I really liked this doctor.
He was soft spoken and businesslike but still thoughtful, and went WAY out of his way to make me feel comfortable through a few very difficult moments of my life.
I was skeptical and apprehensive on the way in, but in the end, he ended up more like a friend than a physician, going so far as to find out what sort of music I liked during an in office surgery, then putting that very music on as I recovered, and taking the time from a very busy schedule to hunt down a special review of the musical artist on the internet, PRINT it out, and hand it to me as a parting measure as I left the office.
Good or bad from anyone else's point of view, given the field and circumstances, can't do much better than that for me.
He is busy and you have to wait for an appointment, but then the fact that he's in high demand may speak for itself.
Thanks, Dr. Ankrom. read more
