He…read moreseems to be a good cardiologist, however no matter what time you get there you are guaranteed a minimum wait of at least an hour and a half, usually more. This shows a disregard for the convenience and the time of his patients/customers. It's only gotten worse since he joined Sutter, because you can no longer call his office and email takes forever. Customer service is definitely gone downhill since he joined Sutter. Lowered to 1 star due to lack of acceptance/acknowledgement of something that has been going on for years with no change.

At that time she thought she's soon to die coz every movement she makes she's having a hard time breathing . She's very frail and literally can't do anything . We went here as recommended by a friend. He wasn't at Sutter yet at that time but he took my moms insurance. First time we saw him, we got really comfortable with him. He's very nice , even if my mom doesn't speak much English he's very patient with her. Assured her once she got "fixed" she will feel 10 yrs younger. It turned out my mom has problem with her heart valve and also had atrial fibrillation . So they did surgery and yes he's right ever since her operation she can really move a lot without having difficulty if breathing . Now my mom is ok and my dad is being cared by Dr Olowoyeye with all their heart needs. I have deep respect to this doctor . He takes his time knowing your problems and talk to you about ur health. He knows all his patients and very patient with his patients . The clinic is nice and clean . All his staff are very competent and do their job well compared to other doctors offices . We love you Dr Olowoyeye.

Had I known he was out there, I would've been to the gynecologist must sooner. He knows what he's doing. He is very efficient and the most amazing gynecologist. I have encountered. I was terrified to have to see a gynecologist. My past experiences have not been the greatest with many. ( Which is why I put off seeing one for 5 years) Medical issues arose that led me to see one. I chose Doctor Dodd. Best decision ever. I forced my husband into going in with me for the initial exam. Right away, we both felt very at ease. He is the real deal. Where was he when I was having my children? Upon leaving the office, my husband asked me. "Are you still nervous?" I honestly forgot about my anxiety. Had to have a full hysterectomy, Everything went smoothly. He did an amazing job. I am fully recovered and on my way to living again. Thank you to the most amazing gynecologist ever. I will be seeing you next year. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my health. My husband thanks you too for getting me back to my normal self. Better in fact!

Never in my life have I been treated with such little respect! The first meeting with the Dr., he…read morewas with an intern from UOP. During this visit, he commenced to belittle me because I would take a shot because of affordability. He literally insisted that I explain how it was that I couldn't afford the shot even snickering at me in front of the intern. He has no bed side manner. Currently he's holding up a colonoscopy because I didn't get a stress test 2 years ago which was between 2 spinal surgeries. Doesn't care to hear what the patient has to say. I've complained in the past but no apologies. I have never had less than 45min wait in exam room after appointment.

I told him you conducted patient abandonment and left a 67 year old patient on a procedure table while you were sipping champagne on a flight from India! Then when I wanted to speak to you at the hospital you walked the other way! I am not dumb! You knew what you had going on! I advised him there is no reason for contact my father is no longer a patient he went with qualified doctor not so quack just there to make money! Sutter of this is the kind of cardiologist that you have And you allow them to harass patients who file complaints they I will include you in the lawsuit as well you can't play God with people's life's! And don't ask me to call and discuss this all I get is a voicemail some customer service! I will not take my do to this doctor My father was scheduled for a procedure on 8/2/2017 at 9 am at St. Joseph's Medical Center with Dr. Punnam! The staff got my dad all set up provided medicine and took him on and where is the doctor oh he was a no show!!!! The staff paged him called him and tried everything to get contact to him that he had his patient waiting for hi. Finally they call his office to be told that he was out of the country and was on a plane! Really???? What kind of doctor are you that you have a 67 year old man scared and stressed for two weeks along with his daughter about a procedure that you school during a trip out of the states???? Really poor excuse in my book for a doctor! So they had to see what partner was going to take care of the procedure pushed my dad back by 6 hours and 30 minutes put Saint Joseph's staff through hell but this guy is sitting in first class enjoying his flight! While I am sitting here a whole day worried about my father! Bad doctor bad bad doctor! Hope no one does this to your family member

Dr. Snyder literally gave us the worst OB/GYN experiences ever. I came in with my daughter who was…read morevery early in her pregnancy and scared because she was having abdominal pain. He wanted to do a vag exam and when we questioned whether that was the risky so early, he literally rolled his eyes at us. He was so condescending and rude that I asked if him,"have we done something to annoy you, because that wasn't our intention?" He ignored me and did not answer. He asked us repeated times "so what are we doing here today?" Like we were supposed to direct him. Obviously the on call doctor had found my daughters's symptoms urgent enough to have her come in immediately. Even though my daughter was having"severe abdominal pain", Dr. Snyder did not examine my daughter at all or even look at her belly. I found him egotistical, condescending, and uncaring. My daughter was in tears when we left, having received no answers or reassurance. I stopped at the front desk and asked that we NEVER see Dr. Snyder again. He is very lucky that it was me and not my son-in-law who had been accompanying my daughter. He is in the medical field and if he would hav witnessed the interaction we had, he would have filed a complaint with the medical board. This is NOT a doctor that you want to see if you are sensitive at all. He will have you in tears.
