    The providers and medical assistants and office are all very wonderful, caring, polite,…read morecompassionate, knowledgeable, and give good quality care, but they need more staff to answer phones. One time recently I was on hold for 26 minutes! This is unacceptable! In spring or summer of 2025 I spoke with Leticia, the office manager who was very nice and concerned. I told her how difficult it is to get through on the phone with the long hold times. She told me they would hire more staff to answer phones in a couple months. But, here it is December and Im still put on hold for extremely lengthy times. If I could download the Adventist health app it would make it so much easier. I could message them most of the time. It would free up my time as well as theirs. They also waste my time and theirs by requiring patients to always have an appointment with the nurse practitioner or nurse every time we get a urine test, especially when the patient gets UTIs frequently. This seems completely unnecessary. The lab I go to doesnt require this. ​​ I've tried getting the app, but when they send me the verification code in email it times out too fast. I called the number for help and they couldn't help, so they told me to ask the office staff at the urology office to help me with it in person, but they refused to help me. Please you all really need to make some huge customer service changes. If you had some good competition in the area you would.
