Dr. Garbeff is a down to earth likable person who made me feel that my problem would be addressed and my health was safe in his hands. I was later surprised when he called me during the weekend to review my test results, which were normal. I don't remember any other doctor in the past who called me themselves to review my test result. I am truly amazed with this doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Thompson because I was losing my erection within a couple of minutes after penetration. I achieved my initial erection using erectile dysfunction drug alprostadil injections for 3 years after Viagra stopped working after 10 years. It was determined that I had erectile dysfunction due to venous leakage where blood would leave my penis losing my erection and unable to have satisfactory intercourse. Dr. Thompson recommended that I have surgery to have an inflatable penile implant. She explained the procedure in depth. I was concerned that I would lose penis erection length. Dr. Thompson told me that I would not lose length and she made sure I was sized to the proper implant size. I decided to undergo the procedure and am glad I did. Dr. Thompson is an excellent physician and surgeon. I highly recommend her if you are considering a penile implant.

One time recently I was on hold for 26 minutes! This is unacceptable! In spring or summer of 2025 I spoke with Leticia, the office manager who was very nice and concerned. I told her how difficult it is to get through on the phone with the long hold times. She told me they would hire more staff to answer phones in a couple months. But, here it is December and Im still put on hold for extremely lengthy times. If I could download the Adventist health app it would make it so much easier. I could message them most of the time. It would free up my time as well as theirs. They also waste my time and theirs by requiring patients to always have an appointment with the nurse practitioner or nurse every time we get a urine test, especially when the patient gets UTIs frequently. This seems completely unnecessary. The lab I go to doesnt require this. ​​ I've tried getting the app, but when they send me the verification code in email it times out too fast. I called the number for help and they couldn't help, so they told me to ask the office staff at the urology office to help me with it in person, but they refused to help me. Please you all really need to make some huge customer service changes. If you had some good competition in the area you would.
