Can't get my driver's license because their system to verify a passport is down and they have no back up. Have to make another appointment and come back. 2. Brought everything on their list to get my plates switched over but my prior state failed to report my lein paid off so sit down and wait for approval to process anyway, it's not good enough that I have the release from the bank. Then their payment system is down, no back up, can't finish because they don't have a way for me to pay. Unacceptable Nebraska.

This location has been updated a lot over the years so I recommend always looking online for all of their requirements and bring everything before coming to save yourself from return trips. The other day was no different went got assigned a ticket # and then proceeded to wait with massive amounts of other people. The robotic machine announcing each distant number while you try to not look around but it's fascinating yet awkward to people watch. So many different types of people. Finally I was called and found a register the person wasn't thrilled to assist but finally got it done then my massive surprise total came up and had to pay with my card then told it's a $10 fee to use which made the total even higher. All I have to say is good luck! But at least I got it done with for now.

I'm from out of state (husband is in the military) & I had a drivers license from Texas originally. When I first walked in I was greeted by a front desk attendant. He directed me to a computer & helped me (when needed) for filing for a Nebraska drivers license. I eventually filled out everything, got my ticket & waited to be called up. It didn't take super long surprisingly! The dmv employee who had helped me was very attentive. He answered all my questions & even helped me with filing with getting a voter registration in the state. Process was quick & I was in & out within under two hours. Would recommend.

From March 5th, 2025 to May 28,2025, I called the customer services several times every week trying to get my Required Minimum Distribution check corrected since they deposited a wrong check into my checking account with state income tax rate of 75%. I was told to fill out the new RMD request forms 3 times stating that the forms I previously received were outdated. I called Raymond Jung, my original agent in California, and John Young, the client services Manager to Raymond Jung, answered the phone. He patiently listened to my story, and then promised to help me. Today, I received the RMD check with correct state and federal income tax deductions. John is very compassionate and helpful. His service was excellent. Lincoln is very lucky to have an employee like John.

The review process takes 7 - 10 business days and may not get approved which is ridiculous when they received the physician authorization and statement stating that I can not work currently. They have no sense of urgency and are rude on the phone. They are messing with my money and ability to pay bills, even my doctor appointments have a copay that I can not pay due to being out of work for almost 3 weeks now. Would highly not recommend this company and avoid at all costs.
