The process of moving to this State is ridiculous. 1. I…read moremade an appointment to switch my driver's license over and I brought exactly what was listed. Can't get my driver's license because their system to verify a passport is down and they have no back up. Have to make another appointment and come back. 2. Brought everything on their list to get my plates switched over but my prior state failed to report my lein paid off so sit down and wait for approval to process anyway, it's not good enough that I have the release from the bank. Then their payment system is down, no back up, can't finish because they don't have a way for me to pay. Unacceptable Nebraska.

Typically everyone dreads going to the DMV. However, my most recent experience went quite well. I…read morewent for a vehicle renewal on the last day (not recommended) so I anticipated a line. While there was a line wrapped around outside of the building, things kept moving efficiently. They had an employee monitoring the front and directing individuals throughout the line. As well as they had another employee directing people to the help windows. Upon arrival, I didn't have a scheduled appointment. However, I noticed that some individuals did. They then were required to wait in half of the line anyway, which defeated the purpose of having an appointment method in place.

I'm really amazed at just how easy it is to get in and out of the Cass County Courthouse. Most of…read morethe urban court buildings I've been to, you have to pass through a metal detector and have your stuff x-rayed, and God help you if you have a pocket knife. But not here. There are no metal detectors anywhere. You just walk in, conduct your business and walk out, easy as pie. This building contains the county courts as well as most of the other county functions, such as treasurer, clerk, register of deeds, surveyor and commissioners. It also houses the county probation offices and the local DMV.

I give big props to the African American women and the white man who work in the passport center…read morethey are very knowledgeable and you can tell they can do their jobs in their sleep but because they have been doing it for a while they are very rude and don't let you speak they cut you off or speak to you like you should know about these things. I know I have not been the only person that experience this treatment, it's 90. % percent of their customers. These both individuals really need to practice on what is to provide great customer service and to be respectful and learn to listen( proper communication/ etiquette). I'm also positive that these individuals don't get consequences from either the manager or district manager because they continue to get away with their hostile behavior that creates a hostile environment for their costumers and people still have to go their because they do not have a choice.
