Viviana communicated all the way through and emailed an invoice after the with was done. A I've year warranty is given for the work. I have a Flume water meter which detected running water 0.07gpm. Far and away, I knew immediately that Socorro was the most honest, knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I talked to. His estimate was in the middle--not the cheapest not the most expensive so it seemed fair and complete. He and the crew came every day from about 7:30-4:00 as long as it wasn't raining. They did a fantastic job. My yard looks better than I could have ever imagined. They were a pleasure to work with. While he was working, he discovered a broken sprinkler line underneath the pavement in the patio. Art fixed it by moving the affected sprinklers to a different zone. SEBASTIAN IS THE REAL DEAL…read more.. Our sprinkler system was in need of some serious repair after years of neglect from the previous owners. There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!
