I put down a deposit and submitted an application. Then I was told I needed a guarantor so I supplied all my mothers information. Then Chase comes back saying I need another guarantor to make 80x the rent. I supplied another guarantor that had 80 times the rent. This was still not enough and I was being asked for a third guarantor before the management company gave up on my application. This process took over two weeks. What started off as a great application for an amazing apartment became an arduous task with pathetic results. Had chase provided us with the necessary credentials for the apartment our application process would have been sooner. Instead they took forever, barely corresponded in regards to the situation, and let our money flaunted. Do not bother with these realtors. They are an incredibly inexperienced and unreliable real estate practice.
