Fantastic service from start to finish…read more I brought my (very slow) laptop to Detor Computer after 1. forgetting my Windows password and 2. ending up with a boot-up error that made the laptop unusable. I requested an appointment over email and Alan got back to me very quickly. He was able to get my laptop up and working again, remove my Windows password, and even performed a tune-up. Now my laptop is working great, and way faster than before. Alan also kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was happy to listen and answer questions at every stage. It can be hard to find people who do thorough, honest work at reasonable prices, but Detor Computer has it covered. I'll definitely be coming back with any future computer issues. Highly recommend!

I thought all they simply needed to do was either clean or repair the fan, they apparently have no clue what they're doing with Mac's. They gave it back to us completely unable to be turned on; they said we needed a new motherboard, new hard drive, new fan. All of which would be several hundred dollars, I believe they quoted somewhere around $700-$800 and said we might as well buy a new computer. They also charged $60 for the service fee and thought that was ridiculous as well. TLDR; brought MacBook with loud fan, paid $60 for them to give us bricked MacBook.
