Every time you check out they make a point of telling you how much you "saved" on their overpriced crap, to try to make you feel better about still paying too much for what you got. Awfully disappointed with their lack of action to enforce their own policies. Numerous times I have…read morebeen in, pets have barked and lunged at my psychiatric service dog. This not only puts me and my service dog in danger but all the other teams out there! I have confronted employees about my issues and have been told they are unable to do anything about it, as they cannot prove the pet is not a service animal.. even though under the ada service animals have to be under the handlers control at all times, barking and lunging is not under control nor how a service dog should act!
