Awfully disappointed with their lack of action to enforce their own policies. Numerous times I have been in, pets have barked and lunged at my psychiatric service dog. This not only puts me and my service dog in danger but all the other teams out there! I have confronted employees about my issues and have been told they are unable to do anything about it, as they cannot prove the pet is not a service animal.. even though under the ada service animals have to be under the handlers control at all times, barking and lunging is not under control nor how a service dog should act! read more

I stopped in at this Walmart as a last minute stop before heading to work, and I have to say I am disappointed with the store. This Walmart location has to be one of the saddest stores I have been in. The aisles are packed with goods but they tended to be disorganized and overfilled. To be honest, when walking into the store it felt as though the happiness was being sucked out of me. After thinking about why this was the case, it dawned on me that I was feeling claustrophobic. The goods in the store were so close together that it was overwhelming and made me feel trapped. Trying to find an employee to help out in looking for an item was difficult as well because they seemed under staffed. The only redeeming factor about this store was the fact that the cashier was polite and engaging. read more

Okay experience here.. they do provide A LOT of items, but they are missing some commonly bought hair products such as shampoos and conditioners. I was there a couple days ago looking to buy seltzer water can pack. I found one isle which had a couple options, but not common ones such as Schweppes, polar or Dasani. I asked an employee if they had anymore than just that section, they walked over to the soda isle, looked down it, didn't even move their feet to explore any other isles, then told me no. Finally giving up, I settled for a brand I wasn't very fond of. Then, as I was leaving, going through a random isle.. I found, not one, not two, but, FOUR OTHER SELTZER WATER BRANDS. It baffles me how much employees don't really seem to care about their job or actually helping customers. All in all, the employees here don't seem to know the store well and the products that they carry. Also, more often then no, they have several items that have all been bought and they have no knowledge on when those items will be restocked. Will not be returning. read more

Hidden in a strip mall whose parking lot entrance is like navigating a pinball machine with your car (except that it's slower and more deadly). The restrooms are in the back which means that by the time you go to the front to ask where the restrooms are... you almost can't walk. Paying a dollar for a t-shirt is so cheap that I can almost hear the exploited developing world factory worker pleading for their daily wage. read more

I don't know what's going on with Customer Service at the Keene NH Walmart but I do believe they need some sort of training in regards to treating customers with a bit more respect and curtesy. Be kind, try to smile, be friendly or maybe apply for another position or job... read more

I am not a fan of this Walmart. Some are actually very nice; this isn't one of those. It really feels like a stereotypical Walmart: cheap, kinda sad, a little creepy. This place is a straight up joke and a half. Very messy store, products are stocked poorly, empty pallets are left everywhere (I work for OSHA and have to say these guys are lucky I'm construction and not general industry... because I'd close this store real quick), customer service is snotty and disrespectful, a lot of stuff is always out of stock, there is barely any room to move around in, so easy to bump into stuff and knock a whole pallet of stuff all over the aisle (severe safety hazard). I've been to several walmarts and this is easily one of the worsts I've been to. I once spent 25 minutes trying to find an associate who could tell me if they had something in stock. I asked 5 of them and got the same answer from all of them "Uhhh I don't know". Wanna find out how much this is? "Uhhh I don't have my gemini on me" For those who don't know what a gemini is, it's the scanner device that tells the price. But there's a price check scanner - all the way on the other end of the store. Eventually I just put my stuff down and went to Market Basket to buy what I needed. Yesterday I think I shopped there for the last time. One of my friends was pregnant, and was using the Amigo disability carts because she is dizzy when walks around too long. They yelled at her and told her to get off it. That's discrimination, folks, and can actually get you sued. The moment I walked into this store, I felt super claustrophobic much like Dan R said. The goods are always so poorly stocked and close together. The cashier was polite. But the managers are pathetic people who really shouldn't have jobs. They are very understaffed. Unfortunately, a lot of the problems you see here from users are still an ongoing problem today, despite being complained about 3-7 years ago. The reviews from 2010-2011 are still very accurate today. Which goes to show that these guys don't take their customer feedback very seriously. I've seen nice Wal-Marts, but this one is really bad. Like you feel an immediate sense of depression the moment you walk in. I highly advise staying away from this store. Go to the one in Claremont, or just go to another local store. Chances are, quality will be better and so will quantity and even better variety. That's my suggestion. read more

Most employees are long time workers here. There are a lot of older employees which I like, so that when you ask a question, they can give you an answer. I had a charge on my credit card I didnt remember and it was a large purchase. When I called accounting in the store they were more than happy to look it up. Just before she got to the amount I remembered a last second purchase I made for a laptop, that I needed ASAP, and no one else in the area had one in stock. read more
