We found Rite-Way to be outstanding and could not be more pleased with their quality of work. With the work having been completed over two years ago, we have lived in our new space and are very impressed with the ongoing quality of their work and the craftsmanship of their cabinets. Marv and Walt worked with us and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Remodeling is never problem-free and unanticipated issues always arise. Marv and Walt were very open and understanding as issues arose. Our village building inspectors were also aware of Rite-Way and once they discovered Rite-Way was our general contractor, the inspections went very smoothly. We had only one issue arise during our warrantee period and Walt followed through on a timely and professional basis and resolved it quickly and professionally with the subcontractor. I highly recommend Rite-Way and the team we had, Connor and Miguel.

We have a very large raised 3 story trex deck with rotting cedar railings. Called numerous companies for a railing replacement and the majority would only consider new deck replacement and were not interested, even though this was a big job. We were replacing the cedar with aluminum railings. Dan came by numerous times over a period of months during the planning stages to get us exactly what we wanted for a fair price. He secured samples, talked about the options, was prompt, professional and helpful in all ways. He was quite busy and at one point we assumed that the job wouldn't be done until the early spring. We were fine with that as we didn't need the use of the deck during the winter. Low and behold, here comes Dan and Bill in December ready to start. Permits were secured and no matter the weather those guys were out there working. Before long the rotten cedar railing was replaced with aluminum and look absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend Partipillo Deck and Fence and quarantee that you will have as good of an experience as we did! Wish all businesses operated as they did!

Getting window quotes is a real pane in the glass!…read more We had four of them and the sales pitches from three of them made the process very tedious. Jim asked us questions before he came out and when he came he knew what we were looking for. Jim's got a nice, low key way about him. He's been in the business quite a while and was able to make some good suggestions. He followed up and did what he said he would do. We wanted to preserve the old woodwork in the house (The Marvin window guy kept wanting us to replace it) so the three other quotes we got (Marvin, Pella, Andersen) recommended insert windows (frame inside the frame) which is what we thought that we would do except that the windows would be smaller to accommodate the new interior frame. We got quotes on wood windows from everyone and some vinyl. Jim recommended sash replacements, this allows for the windows to be almost the same size as the originals from 1922. His quote for the wood windows was a little higher than the best vinyl ones and lower than all of the other wood windows. We had 19 windows installed on the first floor last week, and let me tell you... they look fantastic! Gorgeous wood windows that match the original look of the old windows (minus the cracked paint, dirty storm windows, sticks for holding the windows up etc...) with a fresh new look. We couldn't be happier. Jim gave us a good price, good advice and measured carefully so the install went smoothly (and on time!) His guys were polite and careful around our stuff (and our great dog "Chaps") We are very happy with the result. We also had Jim replace two basement windows, one of them had a pipe going through it, Jim handled this in the coolest way... I can see clearly now.....
