While expensive, we bought on sale so the price beat anything comparable in the market. I highly recommend Watson's (and Melinda). I have shopped at this location for many years without any issues, and the staff I previously dealt with were always helpful. However, during this visit, the employee at the U-Haul counter was extremely rude. I had completed the initial rental process online through my phone, and when I arrived, the mobile instructions told me to locate the truck using the assigned truck number. That truck number was nowhere to be found, so I went inside for help. When I showed the employee the number, she responded sharply, saying she could read it and that I did not need to hold the phone near her face. She also said the truck number had nothing to do with picking up the truck because I would need a key anyway. I tried to explain that the instructions specifically told me to locate the truck, but she interrupted me and dismissed the issue. Rather than argue, I left. After years of positive experiences at this location, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I used to recommend this business to others, but this experience changed that impression.

I wasn't sure if the company was still making the material. I spoke w a woman named Lexi. She said she would get back w me. I called again with the square footage of my room and left the information with the woman who answered the phone. I didn't hear back that week and called again on October 23. I was told that the info was in Lexi's email and that Lexi was "on a well deserved vacation" and was off for her sons birthday. I asked when I should call back. The woman told me "like I said Monday the 31st" (FYI..she never said a date. Just said she was off). I called yesterday, November 3, giving Lexi some time to catch up after her vacation. She answered the phone and asked what I needed. So I went through the whole story. She told me she left me a voicemail (if she did, she left it on wrong number, I have no history of a missed call or of a voicemail from her). She told me the material is discontinued. I asked for the name of my product. She didn't want to look it up. But finally did. And I asked her for the company's phone number (I figured they might know where else I could get something like this or mill it for me...because she suggested they may), she said "you can Google it". I said, no, you can give it to me....she hung up on me. I did call back to talk to a manager and was sent to their normal voicemail. It was approximately 8k worth of hard wood that apparently she didn't want to sell me for some reason. I called the manufacturer and was told that in fact this was not discontinued, they re-mill it all of the time and that they have 8,000 square feet in their warehouse. I called 2 other vendors to check prices and "miracle" they found it and quoted me on the phone right then. So run away from this place. Do not use them.

Further, both when I dropped off the lamp and when I picked it up, the lady who worked with me was very kind, personable, prompt and professional. So pleasingly, they fixed my lamp by the next day and the cost was extremely reasonable!! Great service is so rare these days, but these folks knock it out of the park with an excellent and consistent customer experience.
