Donut is always great here! Sausage jalapeños and cheese kolache is the bomb. People here are the sweetest too! They have varieties of donuts/fritters/breakfast sandwiches, donuts as well. You can find a selection of drink in the fridge from coffee to juice. Very clean facility. Such a gem ! So close to home. I always get glazed, glazed with Bavarian crème which in fact they fill to order.

This place has the best donuts, croissants, kolaches etc! I love how convenient it is since it's a short drive from my house but I would drive across town if I had to! Everything tastes fresh and is FILLED unlike other croissants/kolaches that might as well just be bread filled with air today I tried their caramel iced coffee for the first time and it's actually really good and a great price ($4.85 I believe ? ). The young lady who helped me today was also very friendly. Check them out!

Welcoming Host, very nice waitress Vanessa was friendly and personable made us feel right at home. The GM Enesto was very caring and professional, when I mentioned the Matcha Latte experiences. I order "The best freaking Birria Hash and the classic waffle; & Ube Matcha Latte (seasonal drink) which was amazing. MY friend ordered the Brunch Sandwich which looked awesome. deep dive deets: The birria Hash, was way more potatoes than hash, it was better describe as lightly smushed baby potatoes, which was way more than the birria. -1 This Birria had a tad fat on it, not the kind of birria I'm use to. I did asked and was told that their's no fat. However, it wasn't much to complain about. (-1 uncooked onions could've been on the side) -1 I requested NO ice in my matcha, and ice on the side. I received a glass full, and when I received my replacement without ice, it was half a glass. Something about measurements. It was fantastic nonetheless. +1 I love that Christin gave me a future suggestion about the waffle; which the kid waffle is the same thing, but comes with a side for less. -1 I couldn't believe that a plain waffle w/sugar was $11, and to add fruit was nearly a $3 add on. +1 I like that my table guest was able to sub the sausage patty for extra beacon. Love that they have a DJ right at the front door setting the mood for the place. Service- was good. Our server Savannah managed our large party to best of her ability. The place was pretty full. Which I knew it would be. It's definitely a fun party atmosphere. Seating is mostly inside but they do have a smallish patio outside. Which they really should work on. Half the tables outside did not have any chairs. On a nice day, it's a place to double customers. Food- I got the Basic AF breakfast which was pretty tasty and you get to sample a good amount. Comes with 4 small pancakes, eggs your way, 1 meat choice, and potatoes. The potatoes surprised me, as they look so unassuming but are very tasty. If in the area would not mind returning.

I'm sure you will find something you like because of the variety, if you like Italian food. Today I tried the Italian Chicken Skewers & from the Brruschetta Heaven banner I tried the Burrata, bacon, arugula and tomato. The Prosciutto & Pinenut pesto was excellent with the right amount of salt and attitude! The chicken skewers had a beautiful presentation. The bartender Hailey, that took my order was MIA after she took my order. She spent all her time having a long conversation with the hostess. I cut my visit short because the hostess was so loud and unprofessional! She went on at length about how she and her siblings don't look alike! She even described in detail how she and her sister took a trip to Costa Rica and someone mistook her sister for a girlfriend. Shen then said she showed someone a picture of her co-worker who looked more like a sister than her sibling. Ashley took over from Hailey and did a good job. Unfortunately there was so much damage done by her coworkers there was no way to salvage my experience. The atmosphere would've been wonderful. Had the staff acted professionally? I recommend this restaurant. GN3

There is dim lighting inside and the windows are tinted so it's not super bright. I went around 3 pm so while there was light outside, I still felt like it was later in the day. The service for the restaurant was decent. It seemed the staff was short because it took us a little longer than normal to get seated and throughout our experience, we did not get a ton of interaction from our waiter/waitress. The restroom cleanliness could have been improved since the floor did seem a little dirty to me. When it comes to the food, we got the honey ricotta cheese dip which was an 8.5/10 for me, it was light, creamy, and sweet that got to be paired with toasted bread. They do have a variety of wines to choose from and the $8 glass of house red is definitely a steal for that price. For the mains, I got the margherita pizza and my girlfriend got the Texas filet (medium cooked) with risotto. My pizza was decent but I felt like there was too much chopped garlic on it that sometimes overpowered the other flavors. My girlfriend had some parts in her steak that were rare which she was not a fan of. We did also get the New York cheesecake which kind of was the highlight besides the ricotta cheese dip.

Recently she had an afternoon appointment and I was able to swing by and join her. When her appointments were completed, it was in the beginning of peak traffic time, so we decided to walk over to DS and have a bite to eat and catch up This space is so open as well as cozy. Soon as you enter, you head straight to the counter to order. From there, you're given a number and choose your seat. Booth and table options are available. On a Thursday afternoon, the place wasn't busy but not empty, which gave my Mom and I the opportunity to catch up without a noisy dining room. The food came out fresh and hot and for the price, we were surprised by the portion since its was the $10 HH burger and fries. The fountain drinks were interesring as well. DS does not have Coke or Pepsi products. They have similiar flavors you would find with those brands. I enjoyed the Mexican Coke. It seemed to not be as fizzy aa your own well know caffenated Compadres but still carried a great flavor. Let me not skip over the dessert! Mom LOVED the pecan pie which she states had whole pecans instead of pieces. I did not wven notice that she had been getting pieces of the pie as we talked. Half of it was gone when we left. That means is pretty scrumptous! I had enough willpower to eat my chocolate chip cookie when I got home and it was worth the wait! Not only is the cookie huge, but the semi sweet chocolate and sea salt is chef's kiss. Grat combo of both worlds. Combine that with the crunchy outisude and chewy, gooey interior and this is one of the best cookies I've tasted in a long time. So glad to dish all this goodness to Yelpers and remind them of another gem in West U that will not only give you a great place to get a bite but satisfy that sweet tooth.

I stopped by with my buddy on a Thursday evening close to 9 p.m. Free parking was a cinch in the parking lot they share with several other businesses. Service (4.5/5): You order at the counter and then they bring your food out to you. The lady who brought me my food checked on me twice and was super nice. She called me "sweetheart," a little Southern hospitality goes a long way. Ambiance (4/5): Modern, clean, and comfortable. In line with other Dish Society locations I've been to. We sat at a booth/table combo. Drinks (4.5/5): I love when a restaurant has more than your standard selection of soft drinks. You'll find that at Dish Society. They have "craft" sodas and a nice selection of juice blends. Plus sweet and unsweet tea. Food (4/5): I went with a cup of the tomato bisque soup and the Nutella French toast. The soup tasted as good as it looked. Some croutons or a piece of garlic bread would have been nice, but outside of that, this starter couldn't have been better. The Nutella French Toast was similarly well done. I love French Toast and I love Nutella. So this was a match made in heaven. Along with some sliced strawberries and some blackberries, I was happy I went with a breakfast dish for dinner (they serve brunch all day). The prices are affordable for the quality of the food. My only complaint? The portion sizes are pretty small. Case in point: two slices of French toast when most places will give you four. Pro tip: Join their club for discounts.
