The old man who I gave it to said he could do it and so I left it. When I came to pick it up I trusted that they did all the cuts correctly but when I got home it was clear he didn't understand what to do. He also tried to charge me $60 for a 15 min trim job. I only paid 40 for the original part. So I finally got him down to 40. But when I went back and told him all his cuts were not correct he didn't stand behind his work and wanted to charge me more. We had a heated exchange and I left and will never go back. He also told me they didn't even have a belt sander and I told him then he never should have taken the job. All around bad customer service and poor workmanship.

Unfortnately my experience with him recently, has been very disappointing. I paid Emanuel a $500 deposit in February for custom gates. Over the next several months, I received numerous promises that the gate would be installed "tomorrow," "Tuesday," "Friday," "this Saturday," or "next week." Each deadline passed without the work being completed. Throughout the process, Emanuel repeatedly apologized and cited different reasons for the delays, including roofing issues, measurement problems, painting, and personal setbacks. I remained patient, communicated respectfully, and gave him many opportunities to complete the job because I understood that life can be difficult. Unfortunately, after months of missed commitments, I requested my deposit back. Despite my repeated requests, I did not receive the work I paid for, or the refund I requested. My experience was disappointing not because of a single delay, but because of the repeated promises over several months without follow-through. I hope others have a better experience, but based on mine, I cannot recommend this business.

Brian worked with me to design and fabricate a completely new custom railing with a powder coated finish, and the end result exceeded my expectations.
