Not a huge place so there's some bench seating, but not s place to hang with a large group as it can get crowded and busy! Francy's seems to be in their "viral" era still --- and for good reason. Upon entering, I saw a good number of people in the shoppe, and a plethora of traditional flavors --- and then the "inspired" flavors. Check my menu photo to see their options. For myself, I got the half/half --- which is two small scoops that comes out to 8 dollars and change (a bit PRICEY but I get it). For my two flavors, I got the Mango Graham and the Dubai Chocolate. Mango Graham is inspired by the Filipino dessert, Mango Float and it was delicious! Icy, creamy, fresh-tasting, and with that bit of graham --- it hit all the notes. The Dubai was amazing as well --- all those little chuck of the kataifi going through it. It wasn't "pistachio" foreword, which I appreciated. It was a delicate combo of pistachio and chocolate. Totally get what the hype is for. Even if you on the fence, try Francy's simply out of curiosity. You won't be disappointed.

Tried the matcha latte and really enjoyed it. The matcha flavor was really present and love the creaminess of it which is just how I like it. Took a sip of my parents lavender latte and OMG I am in love!! One of the tastier drinks I've had in a while. Really love the floral taste of the lavender but it wasn't so overwhelming that it felt like I was drinking soap. It was so good Would definitely be back just for the lavender latte... wait scratch that, I DEFINITELY will be back. And this time I don't want to share lol And I'm also excited to try out their other drinks cause they had a lot of unique and interesting offerings. Cafe teasia is truly a cafe that I can truly get behind!!

The Barista was VERY GOOD. She was the only staff member working and was very proficient. She filled our order in a timely fashion and crafted great beverages. We started with: Iced Brown Sugar Latte. This Latte was deliciously sweet and every ingredient mixed very well to create an ideal drink. The other beverage was the Mocha Latte. Another great Java, where the chocolate drizzle and foam made it a memorable selection. Besides Liquid Gold, I ordered a slice of their Chocolate Marble Cake and it was....AWESOME! Moist, firm, pleasantly sweet, and was a perfect complement to the Brain Juice. Thank you, Cafe Tesia, for making this stop worth the time. Now, I see why you're Yelp business page has a 4.8 rating, and I'll definitely return.

I am in the area…read morefor a work meeting and looking for a local cafe to get some work done before my meeting later on. I found this place on Google and it had great reviews so I figured I would try it. It took me a while to find it--since it is literally in the basement of an office building-you would not know it is here, besides a small sign outside. I also had difficulty in figuring out where to park, since most of the parking says reserved, there are some guest spots however--across the way from the cafe. The cafe is located behind in the building in the basement-it is PERFECT! Such a chill vibe-with a small vinyl room where you can buy and peruse records. The staff was SUPER friendly and nice--all the types of coffee drinks and tea's you would want. If I lived closer or have more meetings in the area, this would be my go to spot on the daily. They are open until 6P during the week as well, which is really nice. So if you find this on Yelp or a review on Google--yes it is legit and YES you will not be disappointed. Free wifi too! :) They also seem to have seasonal speciality drinks which are very popular--you cannot go wrong here.

Hoping for many more visits here. Thumbs up to thumbody!

I stumbled upon this place called Gangnam Signature, located inside the mall right next to the movie theaters. The mall is absolutely packed today--I'm not sure if it's because of the World Cup--and the downstairs food court was way too crowded, so I decided to stay here and give this place a try instead. I bought a soft matcha cookie--I think it's topped with melted marshmallow--and paired it with a cappuccino. The cappuccino is excellent. The prices are a bit higher than what you'd usually find at a coffee shop, but this place is definitely worth it. The customer service is excellent. At the end, they asked if I enjoyed everything I had, and I gave them my feedback. The place is spotless. They have booth seating as well as standard tables. Today, there was someone handing out samples in front of the shop--croffles. They're like waffles but crunchier, served with honey or syrup and powdered sugar; they were delicious, too. Congratulations to the whole team. Blessings, and I'll definitely be back!

I had a caramel macchiato with almond milk and yes, there's a surcharge to swap the milk. It was delicious. My daughter had the pistachio creme latte and it was a bit too sweet for my liking especially in the morning. She loves it though. My only gripe is the pricing. My coffee is over $8 for a really small cup. I don't so mind the price if I'm getting more in quantity but gosh $20 for our drinks is steep.
