Five Guys has a fun ambience and they offer fun things like unlimited free peanuts and free sofa refills, which pay for themselves after you have I'm guessing you get your third refill, and a massive smile from your dentist. Anyway, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a salted caramel milkshake. I had their milkshakes before during a conference at USC, and I found it a bit too sweet. Erroneously assuming that I just had a milkshake that had a slightly overzealous serving of caramel syrup, I gave it another try. I have to admit that I like a thick milkshake, but it seems that Five Guys just makes them far too sweet! I might just forego the milkshakes next time. As for the burger, do they HAVE to serve it in a paper bag? I was eating it in there, I'd have been perfectly fine with them hurling the burger at me with just the wrapper. Considering how they ship those bags from Wisconsin, it makes me feel even worse about wasting the packaging. The burger was okay. I like that the bacon was nice and crispy, but the patties had a texture that suggested that they were processed (duh, fast food), but what bugged me the most was that I had 4 slices of American cheese, and none of those slices were melted. Like seriously, how could you not melt a cheese that was literally designed for grilled cheese and burgers because of how melty they are? By not melting the cheese, the American cheese gave off its characteristically slimy texture. Service is friendly, and efficient, but please don't tell me that it's standard policy to leave cheese on a burger unmelted. I pay a lot more here than I would if I went to McDonalds. I think I have the right to expect better.

Very tender and juicy chicken, from a normal sized chicken (not like the skinny chicken served in wing stores in the US). The lotus roots were crunchy. The sauce was not overwhelming and just had a hint of chili. Bulgogi Chicago pizza - a 9" pizza with slices of marinate Bulgogi beef, slices of pepperoni and tomatoes with an abundance of cheese! The outer edges of the crust also had cheese inside and was sprinkled with powdered sugar. Surprisingly flavorful pizza, with just the right amount of ingredients. The beef was very tender. Lychee Mojito & Yuzu Mojito - we couldn't taste the alcohol in either of these. Refreshing, but not worth the price. Come for the food, skip the cocktails.

The menu has many pizza combinations, pasta and sharing starters. The warm buns served while we were waiting for the pizza were very good. The interior of the restaurant had a large seating capacity. The prices were reasonable and the servers were very friendly. The pizzas served were very good. Local transportation in the area is very good and most major brands of clothes and merchandise can be found in the Outlet.

I ordered the iced Americano as my drink due to the hostesses suggestion but found that I was deeply disappointed due to its watery consistency even though the ice added was frozen coffee. After looking at the other drinks fellow diners ordered, I was very impressed by the intricate latte art that was created and will definetly be sticking to my classic extra hot latte next time! For my meal, I ordered the classic poached eggs with avocado on top. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of feta cheese and sun-dried tomato that accompanied the avocado. I found the bread options to be quite limited as only white and sourdough were an option, and due to the modern nature of the cafe itself I would have expected a gluten free option too. Overall I though that my experience at Artisan Garden Cafe was great as the experience of not being in a typical Hong Kong cafe was enjoyable. It was definitely a relaxed escape from the usual hustle and bustle that you experience in this city. Although a trek from the city, I would definitely recommend this cafe.

Pretty fairly priced this place is right off of the waterfront and so it has that benefit. Not the greatest pizza place I've ever eaten at, but for Hong Kong it isn't half bad as they have a decent selection of items and an array of other side dishes and items. I've met with friends to catch-up in Stanley for a quick bite and this place makes for a convenient stop during your rounds in Stanley. Decent place overall.
