Grand total $315. Not a horrible price but not a great price. What really upset me was that he coated me $160. The jackets still fit a little awkwardly. Too much material in the back still so they hang like I just hit a round of chemo. I said hey i think there's a little too much room back here and he told me if i wanted it to fit perfect to get a custom suit. The other jacket he took up a little too high and now it kind of looks like a waiters jacket. I'm not sure how i feel about it. Both pants fit very well. Turn around time was about 3 weeks which in my opinion is kind of long. All in all it was kind of eh... I was really excited based on reviews but i'm not that impressed. The door was locked when I arrived, so I followed the sign instructing customers to ring the buzzer. I rang it twice and made eye contact with staff inside, but I was completely ignored. There was no acknowledgment or communication--no indication that they were closing early or not accepting additional customers. I waited outside for several minutes, assuming they might be busy, but no one ever came to assist or even address me. I ultimately left after about 5-8 minutes. A simple acknowledgment or brief explanation would have gone a long way. Based on this experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning or recommending this business.

I went to them for help in tailoring my wedding dress and wished I never had because the amount of stress I got from the experience. From the beginning, they told me they could help me with needed alterations and that they were equipped to do so, but during my fittings it became clear that they had limited experience working with wedding gowns. They were surprised and confused about components of my dress (i.e., pockets and a horsehair layer), many of which are incredibly common in modern gowns. While I should have realized they were probably not the right team to take care of what I needed, I naively continued to trust them as part of the process. During this process, they had to reschedule my fittings upwards of six times, due to poor communication between team members, poor communication with me, and the inability to complete verbally confirmed adjustments based on deadlines that were discussed. Many of the times I went in to try my dress on again, I was told the adjustments were not yet ready or the team would ask me questions that they could have asked me via a call. This grossly wasted my time. I dropped off my dress in mid-March and didn't receive their version of a "final dress" until mid-June. When I picked up my dress in June, I knew there were multiple things that were off about my dress. It's a strapless dress and whenever I lifted my hands above my head, the bodice of the dress would not stay in place and chest would come out of the dress. Whenever I tried to tell the team that this was uncomfortable and was a concern for me because I'd essentially be flashing my guests if I raised my hands, they told me it was all they could do for the dress and that the way they tailored it was how it was supposed to fit. I felt incredibly gaslit and poorly serviced. Again, I'd only come here for daily or professional clothes and nothing else. I'd also always recommend calling the day before or day of pick up of an item to make sure your item is complete.
