Came here to try out the chili cheese fries thinking they were going to be good. The fries they used had a weird flat shape, never seen them before haha. Anyways the taste was okay and not the greatest. So three stars is solely based on that dish which I don't recommend. Saw this thing on a side of the road. It was breakfast time and I wanted to get some food from a drive thru. So I pulled up and ordered a Steak (ribeye) and Egg breakfast and fries. The steak was thin, I had to add some salt for flavor. Crispy hashbrowns, 2 toasts with butter, a slice of apple and orange, and sunny side up eggs came along with it. It was pretty good. The fries though, were pippin hot and seasoned. It was flavorful and I didn't have to put more salt. Most importantly, they were crispy!!! Too bad I had to reduce from 5 to 4 stars. I would totally give it a 5 if they were faster in the drive thru window. Luckily I was the first car there but it took me 15-20 mins to get my food. I felt bad for the other 2 cars behind me lol. Service has always been very non discript but no matter what, the food is great, except for today. I was promised a large chili cheese fries with onions and the fries were to be well done! They were not! More like wet noodles and they were NOT seasoned! The chili is no longer the same. But more like a chili Colorado with a totally different change if texture and flavor. I also had as much cheese as I had onions, so not enough cheese and sucky chili for such a large order of fries. I paid $11.00 which would have been ok if I had gotten what I asked for. I used to love this place maybe 4-5 years ago so imagine my surprise when I went today and discovered the food is no longer good. I would get tacos and chili cheese fries so thought - I haven't had this in a few years so it would be great to get my usual meal. Got home and it's terrible. The hard shell tacos are no longer the same. My shells were almost burnt and also not like they used to make them. The lemonade I ordered tasted like toilet water with a spritz of lemon. I love coming here. Breakfast burritos are my favorite. I'll usually go Breakfast time or lunch time. Rarely do i go for dinner time. When I do, though, for some reason, it's not a great experience. Lady said it was complete without checking. I took my order , we counted it was 9 orders. I respect and support local businesses. I called and explained politely, they had one of my order missing. Simply asked for a refund. THEY REFUSED! The guy, also hang up on me. I called again. They said "do whatever you want" Whoever is the owner of this business, I suggest investigate this transaction and take actions. I provided all details. This is first step I took, if I dont get my refund for an order that is not given to me, well I consider this as scam, and I will take it very seriously. I will review on yelp as well. I may go further, filing dispute with my credit card, City of Paramount for bad business activities, BBB, even to Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
