The meat isn't good and the fries are a lot and decent. I thought this place looked dirty in my experience. Never went back.

There was a mistake on my order and instead of adding chilly cheese to my fries, I had to pay for another order of chilly cheese fries instead of them just throwing some on. I asked if I I could just pay for some chilly and cheese, but Edna the manager said no. POOR MANAGEMENT SERVICE, first time here and never coming back. It wasn't the drive thru persons fault but rather the fact that the manager refused with attitude not to add some chilly and cheese to my fries that I had already bought. I had to spend another $3.99 plus tax for an order of chilly cheese fries. Then on top of that they told me that they don't give anything free, but the problem is I wasn't asking for any free stuff. read more

Close to my house so I come here often, Decent food, pastrami sandwich is really good my kids like the corn dogs and I like the zucchini.

We have been coming here for years now! Always come back for their tuna melt and fries. Yummers! My kids love their French toast combo. The prices are a little high for a fast food joint and have gone up, but I suppose that's normal and expected. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here,i usually get the breakfast burrito but im pregnant & sick & didnt want to make dinner so my husband went out for drive through. The food is good. I usually order burgers, fries, pastrami sandwiches, and breakfast burritos. When you order the breakfast burritos make sure to try it with the house salsa because it is good. Was staying at a nearby hotel and needed food so decided to try this place out in a pinch and WOWWWW!! I was not expecting the large amount of food for the cheap price. I got pancakes eggs and bacon and could not even finish the food it was so large. Great flavor, very fresh. Everyone at the counter was super nice and friendly so I'm not sure why the other reviews are so harsh. Be kind and they will be kind back. I would for sure come here again! read more

Went to go get a burrito today and had the worst customer service, rude and also took my debit card off my hand because i "wasnt doing it right". They also would keep looking at me and then would turn to the other employee and would start talking. They need to really do something about this. First time here, ordered a chicken salad for lunch. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! Chicken was undercooked, had a rubber like texture, lettuce seemed old. Tossed the whole thing out. I'm very disappointed with is place. I dont want to rant about what happened other then let's just say, they over charged me about $15. It wasn't a big deal till I broke down the receipt for what I ordered because they made a mistake. All I got was a break down on what I was charged for ( not what I ordered ) and didn't want to hear me out. The one thing that really pissed me off was the cashier was talking to the manager over the phone and didn't think I was mexican or didn't speak spanish. Its cool tho. I go to this place twice a month and spend about $50 every time I come in ( not much ). I take really good care of my customers for any little reason/complaints that come through my shop. Most of them spend $100 every 4 to 5 months. Go figure... Any way, I won't be stopping by any more and also neither will my family/in-laws. That's another $100 to $150 a month. If you think that's small potatoes think again. All the stores have really low ratings and I can see why. P.S Popeyes across from you are making a killing over there. Bawhaha. I've been here a few times, very good but pretty greasy. Though last time I got the avocado sandwich, super delicious and not greasy, super crunchy lettuce. everyone says the workers are rude but every time I've been, they smile and seem happy. First to start off thewomen taking my order had this rude ora to about her, like I was bothering her just to being there ordering. Most times I go here this is the attitude I get, but after I get my fries and ranch I usually let it go. Today, however; I ordered a double cheese burger combo and asked for to things of ranch and she charged me 75 cents for one. I was like ok what ever she only charging me for one makes sense. Then I got my food, and I didn't trust her so i checked my bag, and sure enough one "fucking" ranch. So, Told her I asked for two ranches and she said, " I charged you for one. Its 75 cent for another." I told her that it was common courtesy to give one condiment on the house if someone buys a whole fucking combo. But she was like "it has to be 15 dollars or more". Like Really? She pissed me the fuck off. That the dumbest shit ever can. You can't even treat a paying customer to a ranch. This is such a first world problem, but she just pissed me off. The cheeseburgers and pastrami are okay if you need something quick, even though, not my favorite. I decided to order the steak sandwich for something different. It had to be one of the most gross sandwiches I have ever eaten. No taste or seasoning, couldn't chew it, had soggy lettuce, actually horrible so I gave it to my dogs. The employees are rude, talking amongst themselves as if they're the only ones in the place. I haven't been asked once if I was waiting for something and the cashier/front employee has just had her back to the front the entire time. Usually the staff is very friendly, even when busy. A lot of us at work love this location because they give the district employees a nice discount on Wednesday which is very helpful at the end of the month. My visit yesterday was not the friendly like usual. I had on one of my school shirts and the cashier would not take that as proof that I work for the district, but she would take my previous years school id without looking at it closely. She was very cold and seemed to be unhappy or put out that she had to give me a discount. When my order was ready, I started to ask for ketchup but realized she was abruptly putting a handful in and swung the bag at me. Again, she seemed put out that she had to give a discount and to serve me, I was the only one in the restaurant. I mentioned it to some of my coworkers today and they are saying that they have encountered the same person with the same attitude. I worked food services for many years before I became a teacher, so I know it is hard, especially in the heat and it can be tiring, and I was never pregnant, unlike this lady. If you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customers and if you don't agree that your location should give discounts, then find a different job or location. This kind of attitude and service can and will drive people away. read more

When looking for something quick, Doublz is not too shabby. It is near my work and I have tried a couple of the burgers and the breakfast burritos (with sasuage and with bacon). The burritos are huge and pretty good. They make me feel stuffed and satisfied. The burgers and fries are pretty standard and remind me a bit of colima burgers but not quite the same mom & pop feel. I want to try their chili cheese fries as it looks huge in portion size but the cheese looks unmelted. read more
